Evelyn is soooo beyond amazing. I'm In the industry and can tell you it's people like her who are a breath of fresh air. You can tell she absolute loves what she does which makes me even more excited about renting here. I know my needs will be met as she provides such extraordinary service. Answered aaaaall my questions and took her time with me. Went above and beyond and can't say enough about how awesome she is.
As far as the Community, so clean, has a homie feel, their office is devine and the pool was so inviting. Their apartments are so spacious and the setup is perfection

First off I want to rave about the customer service from Evelyn! Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic and I had a lot of questions pertaining to possibly moving next year...she is a rockstar! She not only answered every inquiry today, she went above and beyond. I've worked in customer service for 14 years and Evelyn is one of the best! We are so excited to get the ball rolling to move here and I cannot say enough great things about just a phonecall! This says everything about the property and I'm so grateful I was able to speak to someone so upbeat and personable! Top notch leasing

We lived here for about a year and a half and I have nothing negative to say about this apartment community. We have lived at many different apartments and this by far was the best. Staff was always friendly and professional, maintenance was always on top of repairs, and they had great family events for the complex. We definitely enjoyed living here and recommend it to our friends and family.

We lived here for a year. Paid rent on time. At the end of the contract of 1 year they wanted to renew at $200 higher. It was such a pain to find parking. They really took us to town with giving back the deposit. They kept more than half, all because we didn't use a professional cleaning service. We used their suggested carpet cleaning service and they are also a big scam. Besides that we lived in the complex comfortably. Good air-conditioning and love the high ceilings. It is also convenient to be able to pay rent online. They do scam you out of the deposit though so BEWARE!

Cindy, the Manager is very nice, approachable and helpful. She listens to the tenants and accommodate our needs. The Maintenance team is on time and fix any problem same day you report it. The place is kept clean, I like the layout of the building, near Ralphs and other establishments. It is a gated community and I feel safe here. The only thing I wish they have is to have assigned parking, so I don't have to worry about where to park my car. If you have guest or visitors make sure you park in the visitors parking or ask the Manager if she can give your guest a parking permit. They tow cars

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a month and we love our new place. We have a one bedroom apartment which is about 800 sq ft (one of the biggest one bedrooms we found in the area). I'll start with my favorite part which is the close proximity to stores and restaurants. At this complex we have our own tenant walkway to the sunbow plaza which has a ralphs, cvs, McDonald's, tj oyster bar, and lolita's tacos, just to name a few. The complex is gated which is nice, and parking is never an issue. You can even pay extra for a car port or garage if you feel that you need

So far it's nice Kevin the guy we talked to was nice and always willing to help he was really pushing to get us in not in a pushy kinda way but putting a rush on things the unit it's more than what I wanted washer and dryer fireplace balcony it's really nice garage isn't worth an extra 100 to our rent but the car port is its only 30 extra bucks it has a heated pool with a hot tub a a fire place next to the hot tub gas grills around the complex and charcoal also around the complex it's nice I recommend it

We lived there for a year from 2014-2015. The only reason why we moved was because I wasn't working so we had to move out. If we look for an apartment again we are definitely going back to Sevilla. From day one we were treated well. Both Cindy and Jordan were both very friendly and were there to help us out when ever we had any questions. There were times where only one of them were in the office so things got really busy for them, but they still managed to provide good service for us and get back to our emails or calls promptly. No one ever answeres the phone, no matter what time of day. Everytime I tried to visit the office, no one was ever there. Long lunches & "be back in 45 minutes signs on the door. "
When I moved out the final bill was incorrect. I have asked for over 5 months to have it corrected, and no one has gotten back to me.
On my move in sheet I made sure to log ALL the things that were still dirty when we moved in, ie: microwave, bathroom drawers, chiped paint etc. Yet I was STILL charged with a cleaning fee. Terrible terrible management. I am

I don't know why I'm only the second person to review these apartments. I went here the other day to look for an apartment with my husband and daughter. When we walked in there was a male a female sitting at their desks who just looked at us. I had to go over and introduce myself. We were never greeted at all.
Second, the guy hands me card and says, "Fill out this guest card."
Needless to say it was one of the worst and unprofessional tours I've ever been given. I had to ask all the questions of the staff member, who also always walked too fast and was probably 3 years

My husband and I lived here, moved out into a home rental, and then came back to Sevilla, we looked at dozens of places and did not find anything we liked better. The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartments are spacious, the grounds are kept up very well, the pool is always clean, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. It's a pet friendly complex, which is hard to come by - they even have dog walking stations located around the grounds. We are quite content here and when I read bad reviews of Sevilla, I am perplexed. We have had great experiences here.
