Apartments listing show available and the complex will not tell you that it is already applied for! They will take your application fee and not refund it. The apartment is still online in available status for continuous people to apply for a unit that is not even available. Which leave the applicant wasting time and money for a unit not even available. Word of advice go through an apartment that allows you to actually reserve the unit you are applying for.

Manger is not very orderly double charge me on rent couldn't tell me why so I basically just gave up extra cash and don't know what it went towards months later she showed me paperwork that didn't pertain to me and still hasn't not returned my money back I moved out about 6 months ago because my car kept getting broke into they have security but there not worth anything maintenance men just come in the house never let there self be known apartments are ok but the people that work there are not very professional and then when you ask for property manager ,the manager there

Was looking for a place in fresno and was told about this place... drove around before my appointment.... almost got ran over by maintenance who began cussing because i had the nerve to be driving. The complex looks like i would have to shoot my way out... reminds me of that movie "New Jack City"... i was just looking for wesley snipes

Too many bums roaming around gates do nothing to keep them out overpriced old supplies in units like stove fridge and dishwasher. They'll show you a model of the unit which is way nicer than what you get they do the old trick of bait and catch. Parking? what parking if you own two or more vehicles good luck.

It is a Nice apartment home In Fresno, CA. We had rented this dwelling, and we stayed here all about 11 months. Bryan was a charming person when our living at this home. We had a fully working kitchen, two rooms, and a perfect active area with a Dish TV and high-speed internet connection. Having a restaurant nearby was a huge plus. The response team was amazingly helpful. I genuinely recommend the Hyde Park Apartments.

We stayed 5 nights and the apartment is exactly as says. Awesome views and fantastic location. Good neighborhood. Apartment was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the view is really amazing. The amenities are perfect for a weekend away. Very easy to deal with owner and manager. Loved the view! We would definitely stay here again as the location and host were great.

I have lived here for a couple months now and am still in love with it. The apartments are very spacious and the surrounding community is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing.
I have been very pleased with the size of the kitchen as I was worried that I would have trouble fitting everything in. All the appliances work just fine and I have had no trouble with maintenance. I did have a couple questions concerning the dishwasher, but management has been so kind in answering everything I need!

One of the best apartments I've lived in. The managers were very nice, and not judgmental at all to me and my other young roommates. The maintenance services only takes about a week depending on your issue, and the environment is very family feeling. Yes, it could use some updating on the kitchen , but the space through out the apartment and convenience of washer and dryers are super nice! Its always quiet except for Friday mornings when they take care of the lawn, but it just shows how much they care about appearance . I would recommend the affordable two bed two bathroom to anyone .

Charge you lots of deposit for move-out cleaning. I was charged almost 400 dollars and the apartment was not even dirty or anything. I cleaned it before I moved out.
While i was living there, lots of robbery happening in the complex. Other communities all have camera and stuff but not this one. Friday parties is wild and this is not the place for families.
Not recommended.

Recent resident and so far so good. The office staff was very helpful in arranging everything. They allowed me to sign my papers in advance of the move in date because I was on a time crunch. Was nice to get everything squared away early. Unit is a good size with a breakfast bar rather than a closed kitchen. Units include washer and dryer which were the selling points to me! Office has free wifi, coffee and hot chocolate, and water.
It is gated and there are remotes for access. Car port parking and my visitors haven't had trouble finding a spot yet.
