I'm not one who normally gives reviews or testimonials, but I wanted to give a big thanks for the years of service (almost twenty) I've received from Gainesville Pump. Whenever we've had a well issue, I could always count on Dennis Macaluso being here quickly, doing a perfect job and charging a fair price. Seems you never run out of water during "business hours," and again last night (Friday) at 7PM - no water. Steve, who was finishing up a job about ten miles away was here in less than 30 minutes. I got to give a shout out to people who still know how to run a business! I called Gainesville Pump early this morning, they answered in person. They got here when they said they would, and in the middle of a bad thunderstorm, replaced a bad part on my pump. I wrote the check and as I walked out I turned the water on in the kitchen just to make sure. Nothing! I told them, and they went to work. They replaced a valve and flushed water backwards through a main pipe to clear the line. They put a lot of extra effort into getting my water flowing again and took the check I had originally written for
