Sunday I woke to no water. Tim came out and resolved my problem. He has a refreshing passion for his expertise and is exacting in his work. And, after dealing with many pump issues over my life, I can say he's also most reasonable. He's my go to for pump service here on. His integrity in his work was refreshing. We have used Tim twice to install new a new pump when the old one died. These were in a commercial setting. Both times he came out and looked at the job before giving an estimate to be sure he knew what our problems and needs would be. His estimates were fair, clear and comprehensive so we knew exactly what types of expenses we would be facing.

I had 3 different pump services tell me I needed a new well. Tim came out and investigated the problem and came up with a solution at less than a quarter of the cost of a new well. He wanted to fix the problem not just tell the client they need a new well and that’s it. Tim saved me tons of money and the results have shown that he knows what he is doing.

This is the second time we have used Tim's service and he has once again been professional, courteous and done excellent work. He has never pressured us to purchase anything, but has given us advice and answered all our questions. Recently he installed a water softener system for us - advised us on various types of systems and quoted a price which did not change at time of installation. He is skilled, has a good work ethic doing what he says he will do when he says he will do it. When he finishes the job, he cleans up the work site. Had problems with a water softener and Tim came out and not only gave wonderful advice, but also didn't pressure into buying anything. Once it was decided what was needed Tim did the work efficiently and cleaned up, in fact went above and beyond what I would have expected. Would call him back any time
