When you receive good service from a company , I think it is only right to inform others who are also looking for reliable service. I met with Bob Jr. to discuss a pump replacement for my very old well and to also install a hand pump for use in emergencies. Bob Jr. agreed to come out and see my setup and give me a an assessment of what it would cost to do what I wanted. While I wasn't wild about his initial service charge to do the assessment , I felt he gave me a fair estimate for the job ( cost, possible problems, etc.). He was professional and I felt he knew his business. He also was good about

Amazing customer service. Our Well stopped working when I called for help, within an hour Bob arrived. He check the pump immediately and found the problem but can’t get through the circuit breaker. He gave us advice on what to do since he can’t get through the power supply due to tones of things around it. Because he did not do the work he did not charge us for the visit. I will definitely recommend their service. They are family oriented and very friendly and helpful and most specially quick to respond to your issue. Thank you Bon, you are the best.

These gentlemen (father and son) responded immediately to an urgent issue with our well. Even though they were on a job and booked out for literally months, they came over and evaluated my situation immediately. They were here literally within 20 minutes. They are extremely knowledgeable and explained every step as they evaluated my system and diagnosed the issues.There were obstacles to accessing our property with their equipment, but they went right to work problem-solving. After making sure we had water for the evening, they came back first thing this morning and completed the project. These

Great customer service!!! North Florida Water systems went above and beyond! Our well had gone out on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and our family of 6 would've been without water until Tuesday. We called the number listed and a technician answered on a Saturday afternoon. Problem solved with my husband over the phone and was so very helpful! Nice to know good companies who value customer service still exist. We'll call them in the future for work needed!

I woke up yesterday morning with no running water and immediately called for assistance. Their service was exceptionally fast and friendly and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Excellent service!! When my house was built several years ago a different company installed my water system (well, pump, etc) and we had problems with it from the very beginning. After years of paying the first company to come out over and over and never resolve any of the numerous problems I woke up one morning to find water shooting in the air out of my pump. I decided to call someone else. I called North Florida Water Systems and it was the best decision I've ever made. They were kind enough to help me shut my water off over the phone and were able to come out that morning. They were friendly
