I called Eric during the day and he said he could send someone but did not know when they would be there but it would probably be late at that night. Kevin called at about 6 leaving Ocala and said he’d be here between 7 and 7:30 he arrived about 830,-9’is and fixed my pump in no time. He was very nice and polite. Thank you to Perrys Pump and well.

Perry's Pump Repair was assigned through my home warranty company. Eric called me within an hour of being assigned, he was very friendly and helpful. They were able to come out the same day. Bodie was our technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable and able to fix the problem while he was here. I would definitely recommend them and call them in the future if any other problems arise or other well services are needed.

I had an issue with gushing brown water coming into my tub and sinks.My landlord was able to get Perry's Pump Repair to come out the very next morning. The young man they sent was Bodie. Bodie found the problem within minutes and had the right part needed for the pump to fix it.
He also took the time to explain what was happening. He then procceeded to run the water to show it was clearing up and what to expect. Perry’s is friendly, professional and efficient. This time we called at 7:00am on a Monday morning because overnight we didn’t have any water. They promptly came out at 9:30am and determined the pressure switch on our house water pump stopped working, therefore they replaced it and luckily that was our only problem today. They worked quickly and we now have running water again. Thank you Perry’s for another job well done.

I have never written a review so quick… ha! I called at 8pm because as we got home I realized my water was off. That’s a problem because I have a well! I called this company and spoke with Chris while he was eating supper. Which I was trying to do myself but I couldn’t wash my hands. So I explained to him my problem and I believed a little frog may have caused all of my troubles. He said he couldn’t get to me until tomorrow but he gave me enough guidance to actually get my water back on. That was hands down the best thing a company could possibly do. I will forever recommend this company
