If you are looking for a place to call home, here is where to look. This complex is different from all the others in many ways. It is a community that offers the well being of a real human society. It is not only clean, quit, secured but well located and close to everything. Check out! You will be surprised.

It is a beautiful community but I feel there are some irrelevant charges per month. Our apartment had leaky windows and cold air that came through the patio door as well. We had to keep our thermostat on 82 and we were still cold! I asked about the plastic on the windows upon move in and was not told the truth by Emily. Our whole time there we tried to get the issues resolved and to no avail. Move-out process was pretty smooth.

I am currently living here at Bennington Pond, and I must say that my experience and my interactions with the lovely staff in the office have been nothing but pleasant. Always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. Having lived at a few different properties in this area, it was most of the time a chore to get any answers or assistance from the staff. You will not experience that here. And let me not forget to mention, I love my apartment and the property in general. This has been the most pleasant living situation for me thus far. BIG Thanks to the girls in the front office, you rock!!!

Sandra Simmons is doing a wonderful job here at Bennington Pond! The apartments are nice, yes, but Ms. Simmons is the best thing about this place! Ms. Simmons management style is just awesome! She does and continues to do everything in her power to make residents happy. If Ms. Simmons says its going to happen, it's probably going to be handled before you get home from work :-) I am on my second year here at Bennington Pond and Ms. Simmons has made my move into a larger apartment the easiest move in my 32 years of living.

This place is seriously one of the greatest apartment complexes out here. Great history with these wonderful people. My parents are also residents, one of their best if I might add. The staff members are amazing! They helped me get approved for an apartment and told me what I had to do with the score I had. You guys are awesome thank you!!!

I have lived at Bennington Pond for 6 years with my 2 children. We love it here. The staff is awesome and always courteous and willing to help. When something needs done, they respond in an efficient manner. They have various events throughout the year for the tenants to show their appreciation. Which is great!

The best place I’ve ever lived in! The leasing office staff are awesome, so personable and helpful. The maintenance guys are amazing, always quick and accurate. The complex looks gorgeous, the grounds are always kept well and clean. My apartment is perfect, and I love the gym. I am just highly satisfied with every aspect of Bennington Pond Apartments and I don’t see myself living anywhere else. Truly an awesome complex with awesome people. I love this place!
