Winchester Park

I’ve lived out here for 5 years. It wasn’t until these “new staff” came that made me want to pack up and move. This has to be the worst community I have ever stayed in because of them. Super arrogant, rude and no type of background on customer service. They have the worst communication. They are to worried about finally trying to upgrade just to keep up with the new apartments being built next door that they can’t even focus on there residents. There is never anywhere to park and they don’t respond to emails or calls. There is no 24H maintenance. They have very bad communication with

Please do your research on this apartment complex before considering moving here .The Better Business Bureau Has WINCHESTER PARK RANKED AS A “F” due to failure to respond to complaints .So a summary of my experience will be left on google as well ! My next door neighbor crashed his vehicle into the living room of an apartment unit in the complex , he couldn’t pay for damages so he was evicted and they hired new management several months later . The New management that came in 2021 came in with the plan to collect money from the accident clearly . Attendants were sent a letter that 1st month

I am writing to give a review on Richard the maintenance technician that work on and fixed my front door, fixed my air conditioner, and fixed my toilet
that had came up from the floor and rocked. Richard is very professional and does high quality work. He left my apartment with everything working and at 100% quality

There's absolutely no complaints. Its an amazing property! The amenities and services are great! Caitlynn was such a great help and the process was simple. I can't say that about any of my previous properties I've live in.

Horrible customer service. People in office feel they are above everything and everyone. Will be calling BBB.They have "events for tenants" none are free. They had a pool party and a dirty food truck which if you choose you paid for said food.

This one of the absolute WORSE places to live. We had fleas for weeks. The oven/stove was broke took 3 days to get fixed and I had 6 months at this time who had to have bottles boiled. The parking is horrible. The neighbors above me were so inconsiderate. I followed every protocol and there was still nothing done to them. They only have 1 trash dumpster which was always full and trash everywhere. I barley ever had company due to the parking and honestly I was embarrassed of the complex. And to top it off there was a car driven into the building next to me. After that I did not feel safe at all

I applied at these apartments trying to relocate, Kaitlyn in the office was super helpful and very informative. She gave me a tour and I love the property and everything they offer. I can’t move just yet but soon as I am able I will only come back to her! Thank you so much
