I found this place very last minute after a very unpleasant experience with Ardsley Ridge Apartments (wouldn’t recommend; they have roaches). I worked with Jermeria Beasley who literally saved the day and got me into my apartment within a week!!! She had AMAZING customer service, she responded to everything quickly! Any questions I had she made she to answer. I love it here!

The apartments are nice.....and its a decent neighborhood.....unfortunately the management isnt great. I signed a 1 year lease and at the end of my lease, they chose not to renew my lease for NO REASON!! I paid my rent on time every month, and I NEVER had any complaints against me. So why couldnt I renew my lease.. I asked the leasing office why I can't renew my lease and they gave me no reason. I've lived in many apartments and NO ONE has never told me i can't renew my lease. Please tell me why!?!?!

Bre was awesome with the process of getting approved and move in. She was very prompt and helpful as I was on a time crunch and a budget. She stayed in constant communication and made sure the process went smoothly. The apartment and community is nice from what I've observed so far. (Just moved here in August 2020). Maintanence doesnt seem bad. The only request I've submitted so far took about 7 days to be resolved which is understandable. My only complaint thus far as I'm a failry simple person, is my neighbors. I was hoping to stay here until I close on my forever home in the next year or two

My husband and I have lived at ashbrook for almost 3 years. I will admit it was rocky at first with the office “always short staffed” but I have to give credit to Bre for never making me feel like I was unheard. She listened to everything we wanted in an apartment and we love it! We refuse to go anywhere else because of her. We were so damn mad when she left but overall the community is good too. Very clean grass and the maintenance always speaks when they see you.

My family and I moved into Ashbrook was skeptical of the reviews at first but now it’s going on 3yrs and we still here and staff is friendly big thanks to Bre she is very helpful with making sure you get what you need out of your new home i would say don’t believe the all the negative reviews try it out they have different lease terms as well.

Lived here 2015-2018. When we first moved into Ashbrook Run, it was a nicer apartment complex. When my wife and I moved out of Ashbrook Run, we were so incredibly thankful to be leaving. What led to us leaving was a series of events around the complex that literally forced us to break our lease 3 months into our 3rd year living there A series of… car break ins, shootings, other tenants not cleaning up after their dogs EVERYWHERE, drug deals, dogs running everywhere unleashed, loud music and parties til all hours of the night just to name a few. They never did anything about any complaints

Our initial move-in and honestly first year of living was decently pleasant. It was beautifully landscaped, Bre was phenomenal to work with, and it was appropriately priced. As of late, things have gone from bad to worse...pet waste bins always overflowing, trash compactor overstuffed and trash blowing everywhere, grass mowed irregularly and… landscaping minimal. Noise complaints never taken care of, increase in crime and suspicious activity, rent increase to an ungodly amount, along with ignorance and incompetence from management. They are always on “smoke breaks” or are scarce

I don't know why people around here decide to live like slobs. And throw trash all down the trash compactor. And play loud a#@ music thru out the night when it's midnight and later. And all the ignorant people around here smoking weed around children. Thats pathetic and last time I checked it is suppose to be a drug free environment. My husband and I lived here for 3 years and we down sized in May from a 2 bedroom 2 bath to a 1 bedroom apartment. After 1 month of living in the 1 bedroom we found a huge mold spot in our bedroom right next to our bed. I told the leasing office and they put us in the model apartment which was nice but we found a ton of ants in the model home and… we are moving to our new apartment now.
