The "Customer Service experience"
I found it here at Dag Riders. I received great service for my bike considering I didn't do the maintenance needed which caused my flat.
Mr.Darnell and his son serviced my bike to the point it rides like a brand new one considering it made it through a car crash.
Will gladly recommend and come back myself whenever I have a bike related issue. Forgot to mention the great price he gave me for all the work done.

I was just walking past, the same day I needed transportation and walked off with a cruiser bike with lights, basket, and a bike lock added with that, all for an affordable price. The owner, Darrell has such a kind heart, my chain was loose and took it right back in and he fixed it with no problem. Great service and will definitely recommend everyone that needs a bike shop to come here. We need more black owned businesses like this in our neighborhoods. 10 out of 10 service. Back in December I purchased a used bike from here. I have no regrets, the owner was very patient and understanding of all my questions. I hadn't been on a bike in years and was very nervous getting back on one. The owner chose a bike for me that he thought would be a good fit for me. I'm in love with it, and have even taken the dogs out with it. I'll be coming in for tune-ups for sure.

My experience was horrible with this guy Derald. I paid him $126 ahead of time for a bike with training wheels. I patiently waited for a week only to receive a bike w/o training wheels! Then he didn't want to refund me. Instead he made me wait more time just for him to return with the smallest, cheapest pair of training wheels that he didn't install. So I had to find someone to put my daughter's bike together. What a rip off!
