This studio is outstanding, I cannot even explain the community to all, you have to come and see for yourself. Jen is an amazing instructor and has a warm, fun personality. All of the instructors are exceptional. I will be part of this community for as long as I am here to do so! The teachers are welcoming, supportive and very well trained.

Yoga Nidra, also known as "psychic sleep" is an ancient yogic practice that brings students into a profoundly deep state of full-body release and mind relaxation through guided meditation while lying in a fully supported savasana (fully supine) position. In this 90 minute workshop, we will briefly discuss what Yoga Nidra is and how to reap the most benefits from the practice.

I did a morning workshop with Shanti Yoga. I was relieved and amazed by the accessible teaching style and down to earth nature of the instructor. There was plenty of work, but she also made time to play with balances, not just tensely attempt crow and move on. As an infrequent yoga practitioner, I felt challenged and energized by the class. And I had zero eye rolling stop-preaching-to-a-captive-audience moments which I whole heartedly appreciate. 5 stars!
