I lived in a studio unit for one year and enjoyed every moment of my time in Cadence. From the initial viewing to my move out, the staff have been very friendly and polite, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. The staff especially made me feel at home by always greeting me by name and asking how my day was going.
The complex itself is well maintained, bright and clean, quiet, and safe. Garages and access points are all secured and brightly lit. I did not get many chances to enjoy the various amenities throughout the building due to covid restrictions but the complex offers many great resources

I just moved into this apartment from east coast last week, did a good review research and signed the lease online. The management team is really helpful and best of all I have met till date. They made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me enough details. There are no negative review of this place and it's true once in life. The apartment common area are great, the apartment itself is good and almost new construction. The walls and windows are insulted. You might hear tiny sounds of upstairs neighbors but it's not that bad and audible. Parking is available for guest. This is a rare apartment

Had a great experience and tour today! The amenities were lavish and truly one of a kind. The building is brand new and they have really cute art all along the halls and the views of both the ocean and city from the apartments we saw were amazing.
One can appreciate a solid pretty place like this happy to see a management team that is knowledgeable.

My wife and I just moved into Cadence in S. San Francisco a few days ago. From our first point of contact to physically moving in, it has been a seamless and pleasant experience. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with. From all indications so far, I'm sure we are going to love living here. The entire team is on top of everything. You do pay somewhat of a premium to live here compared to other options, however, comparing apples to apples, it is worth every dime.

If you're looking to live in SSF, I highly recommend cadence! We moved in last August and had to choose somewhere only based on pictures since we didn't have time to visit in person. We are so so happy that we ended up here. The staff are very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. The units and common areas are nice and clean with high end finishes throughout. There is even a high end espresso/coffee machine that makes delicious drinks for free. The building is very dog friendly as well which is a plus. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our move up to

I love living here. Everybody has been so nice! It's like a vacation right at home. I haven't used any of the amenities because of the shut down due to the pandemic, so I don't have an opinion on that. I did renew my lease so hopefully I get to enjoy the amenities soon.
Pros:
I haven't had any problems parking in the garage.
Sometimes people's pets have accidents, but it is usually cleaned up very quickly.

I have never encountered such unfriendly reception staff. My wife and I went in today to take a look at their property as we are looking for a one bedroom apartment. There were two gentlemen staffing the front desk, but both of them showed least interest in receiving us. When the younger gentleman actually showed us one apartment, his attitude throughout the tour was as if we were troubling him: the way he speak to us was very arrogant and unfriendly; his stern face was telling us "why bother"; one more word from him would be too much; there was no introduction of what this property

I lived here for two and a half months and this is the best apartment I have ever lived in. I have urban 1 bed room with approx. 570 sq.ft., but I have never felt the room is too small or cramped. The room even has a larger size of refrigerator, dish washer, and washer & dryer compared to my 760 sq.ft. 1 bed room I lived before I moved into Cadence apartment. The room looks brand new and amenity of this building is amazing. I love the furnitures, paints, carpet and layout of common space. We loved living at the Cadence, and although we've moved to be closer to work, we often think about our time there fondly. The staff is stellar, and we were always happy to greet and be greeted by Peter, Maher and Josue. Whenever we needed something, the staff would respond immediately and provide the necessary service. The amenities are also great and always clean and well-maintained. Package delivery was well-oiled, and the staff was always handling deliveries to make sure people got their packages.

You won't be able to enjoy this apartment if you can't follow rules. Management is on point with everything and it really benefits the rest of the community who follows rules. The elevator always smells disinfected and the apartment is usually very clean. I lived on the top floor facing the freeway, and the noise cancelling isn't the best. However, it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I got a foot surgery and was disabled for a good 9 weeks. I lived here alone, and the kind team always offered a lot of help even when I was too shy to ask for it. The management is definitely a 5

We lived here for a complete year and I must say it’s a great experience! The apartment itself is new, stylish and clean. Their cleaning staff vacuum the hallway carpet and wipe the coffee machine / glasses in the common area pretty frequently. You will need fobs to get into the building and garage is very well secured too.
The management staff are probably the best team I’ve ever met! Peter and Maher have been great to residents here. They responded fast on all our requests, showing great sense of responsibility and being professional all the time.

This complex is an overall great place to live. It’s secure, conveniently located near the freeway and freeway exits, and has lots of street parking for guests. The amenities/community rooms are great, especially for those of us who work from home and want to leave our apartments whilst staying safe indoors during COVID restrictions. Having trash valet is awesome. The parking garage is also great and secure. The building is maintained in good order and is clean. The staff is great, friendly, and responsive. We recently moved to this apartment complex . The entire process of moving from start to finish has been nothing but smooth and easy .The apartment complex and units are beautiful. It has a Very modern and clean look to it . Great amenities for the price . This building Is conveniently located - easy access to 101/280 and a few steps from downtown with plenty of dining options . The only thing I dislike is on how insanely windy it gets here!! Slowly Getting used to it now. LOL. The best part about Cadence is the management team . The management team here including Elena , Maher and Peter are

Having lived in too many apartment complexes to count, I can confidently say that Cadence's management has been hands down the best. I lived here for a year, and it was with great sadness that I decided to relocate. Peter and Maher have been excellent from beginning to end. They are courteous, friendly, and always remembered my dog's name. Little things like that help to make it feel like home and less corporate.

- Beautiful building. The interior design/styling is on point.
- Clubhouses were great places to hold events and to work (pre-COVID).

I'm just coming up on one year at Cadence. I'm moving out of state so I am not renewing my lease. The four star review has mostly to do with the noise level. I had awfully loud and obnoxious neighbors above me for the first nine months. I originally attributed it the poor insulation between floors. Now I have new neighbors and while I hear them very occasionally, it is clear now the obnoxious neighbors were in fact the issue. The neighborhood is super loud and there have been fireworks going off almost nightly since the first week of June.

Lived here for a year, and deciding not to renew was difficult as the staff and complex is great! Very pet friendly! The building is modern with a great gym. Never had an issue with parking inside the garage. No creepy crawlers, or uninvited guests, which was another reason the place was hard to let go. Maintenance was quick to respond when requests were made. We never had to use the air as our apartment was a cool 68 degrees on most days during the year. Ultimately, we did not renew as I worked 30 mins away, and I am not a fan of SSF weather. Maher, Peter, Adrian, Alfonso, Jamie, Elena and Josue

We love our new apartment. Cadence has the nicest and most responsive property management team of any apartment I've rented. The apartments have excellent finishes: soft close drawers/cabinets, sound proof windows, and higher end appliances than you find in typical apartments. We love being able to walk to a bunch of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. If you're in the market for an apartment in the area, it's absolutely worth a tour.
