No parking in the area. If you have a second car, you mightWant to set aside some money to recover Your towed car. Administration doesn’t enforce illegal parking in the building and lost control over the amount of permits given to residents that libel with several roommates.
New constructions in the area is only making the matter worst.
If you have 1 car, this place may work for you. If you have 2 cars, then look elsewhere.

So glad we moved out. Don’t recommend living here. And we have lived in different apartments for 6 years and we saw it all and we understand everything and compromise a lot of things but this one was ridiculous.
First of all - MOLD problems!!! Mold is dangerous if inhaled especially by kids and people with weak immune. And you can try everything to not to get it ( open windows everyday, not putting things along the wall) but it doesn’t help - the buildings are old and the management doesn’t provide proper mold prevention program so you will have to deal with it yourself. And it grows so
