Well the leasing agent and the manager show's a little knowledge or no knowledge at all of what suppose to be done and how the process should be if an active military is applying for the unit. They should know that some military personnel has to freeze their information so it will be difficult for them to check the credit until they call the person. And that didn't happen to us. Like if you apply for a credit card in store and didn't work they will give you a courtesy call just to confirm. I guess some people are lazy or just didn't used the word common sense. So we didn't find out until a week

My family decided to not renew our lease this February (we upgraded from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom in a different area). We did find a new apartment sooner and moved out on February 15th. However, we technically paid for the entire month at Bay View. So when we moved out on Monday 2/15 we left some of our things knowing we have plenty of time to get them and clean the apartment. They gave us noticed on Friday 2/12 that they would do a pre-move out inspection on Tuesday 2/17 and we did not need to be there. We moved out on Monday and left the apartment at 4pm.

Truth is, you get what you pay for.
I've lived here for almost a year and I can't wait to get out of here. The walls are crazy thin but thank goodness I have great upstairs neighbors. My room is right next to the bathroom, so when the upstairs are using the water, I get woken up from the sound of water running down the pipelines. It's abnormally loud. A lot of times there are teenagers hanging out in the parking lot during wee hours, making a lot of noise. The garbage is wide open, so there's stray cats and raccoons digging in them in the middle of the night. A few nights
