This apartment complex is a horrible place as they ONLY care about stealing money from you! I applied for a unit and paid the full amount for deposit and application fee and they rejected the application and never returned my money back. They are horribly slow with processing applications and will blame you on that! Once they get your money, you will lose that money for no reason. Also, they do not have a package room or a proper mailing service and you will lose your packages frequently! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I live in Acappella for temporary house through third party but I would not recommend because of the leasing office people. I only live here for a few days but not like them. 1. It was raining the first day I moved in and I had some trouble finding the location of my lockbox so I walked into the leasing office for help. But the response I received is just like we do not put the lock box so we dont know anything and cant help. And before I can think about the solution, they just turned to talk to other people. 2. I had a very importand doc delivered in my fedex tracking and fedex shows it was signed

While I wanted to write my review of Acappella after my apartment hunt positive experience but they actually told me to wait and see how my move-in situation matters as well. That was a good point and I wouldn't have expected that answer, b/c that's also a huge part of the the resident being accustomed to this place. My move-in experience was overall very smooth, they handled all the little nits & bits, followed up with me, double-checked that I was more than satisfied with the apartment cleaning and everything working.

Been living here for three months and I have no complaints. They just finished remodeling the hallways and the apartments are nice. Also I would give 10 stars to the staff. Gabi and the maintenance team knock it out of the park when it comes to getting stuff done, they honestly make it feel like their only focus is you which is amazing. Definitely would recommend this place.

Love how gabby is always attentive. My tour with her lovely and she answered all my questions! She even sent me a thank you for taking time out of my day to visit. The place looks absolutely lovely with hardwood flooring and carpeted ONLY IN THE BEDROOMS AND CLOSETS. i love it and have to check with my husband before moving forward but its a yes from me!!
