We require payment of non-refundable $52 application fee and $500 holding deposit. Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours. We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community.

This place is amazing they help you so much Miguel is amazing a manager he will be there for you even on the weekends they make you feel like home I have been moved so many times the past years but this place feels like home to the heart staying here it's amazing it's priceless have a amazing home to sleep in . Love it
