Had an awesome experience with the whole team at Chicagoland Bicycle! Susan was super helpful in explaining the features of the different bikes and was even able to reserve me the one I wanted that was on order. I showed up to pick up my new bike and the team was explaining all the features as they were finishing up the final touches. Walked out extremely happy with an awesome new Trek. I highly recommend this shop for all your bike needs!

I am obsessed with my new bike! The staff here was so cool. They let me test the bikes over and over with so much patience. Fitted me for the bike and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I worked with Frank and he was a Gem! Totally recommend this store.

The owner or representative who assisted me or should I say didn’t assist me was very short and offered no helpful information. Not knowledgeable at all. I asked how would I determine the correct size bike for me. He said he had no idea...he had no idea about anything...Couldn’t give me any info about types of bikes...what to look for...nothing! After Googling...I found out that you need to use your height and weight to match up to the appropriate bike. I guess this guy didn’t know that...I would NOT recommend this business at all...

So over the past few weeks I have called around to the local bike shops near the area in which I live to replace a chain and bike pedals on my 29in Schwinn mountain bike..one place actually looked at my bike and told me that he would sale me a chain replacement tool because he was too overwhelmed with service to attend to my bike. I left him the worst service ever. Another one wanted me to bring the bike today, however, I left my mom house and was headed in the direction to Hazel Crest to visit the location. I noticed Chicagoland Bicycle Trek Bicycles and I can tell you that they are prompted with

Took my daughter's bike in to be serviced. Actually took two bikes in. One I was told with labor replacement of the rotted out tires would be $150+. The second, a small huffy, supposedly only needed an intertube - the labor charged was more than the intertube. Less than a week later and the other tire, the one I was told was fine, is completely flat and the nozzle is pushed in so far I can't even attempt to put air in it. Plus, when I came to retrieve the bike after supposedly being fixed, it was left so close to the front door you had to step around it to get into the place. If you didn't want

This place is extremely pricey they have bikes that are being repaired mixed with bikes that are for sale all the bikes are over priced and even the used bikes aren’t worth buying for the price they sell the used bikes you can buy a brand new one. They as soon as you walk in the door your spending $80 they won’t touch your bike u less you pay the $80 service fee. Your better off YouTubing any repair you need done and doing it yourself.

I showed up on a whim based on a recommendation. I've been out if the mb scene for about a decade. Great pricing and extremely helpful. The guy I spoke to was clearly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They had the last Trek Marlin 6 left probably in the state. I love this thing and the color is perfect. I also brought in my 15 year old Jamis hardtail and they gave me an estimate to get it tuned back up. All around, great experience and friendly staff. Plan on making them my goto place from now on.

The guys/gal at the shop were nice, informative, and helpful with our (me and my son) on the purchase of his new bike. He's a big kid and they helped us choose a bike that he can grow with, a seat that he was comfortable with, and even helped him with his water bottle selection. And the good thing for me is that they take care of the first tune up. And if he has any quirks with bike just bring it in. So I am happy with my purchase, their service, and salemanship.

So glad I went and got a second opinion about my bike. I saved myself $425 by NOT going to this store. Either the mechanic was trying to rip me off or he really had no idea how to tune my bike up. Either way I will not be setting foot inside this store ever again even though it is only two blocks away from my house. I found a different store that was able to tune my bike up into better condition that it's been running for years. That's where I will be buying my family's bicycles for years to come.
