Marc is great! Very personable, knowledgeable, quick and precise with his curbside tune-up! Setting the appointment was easy and quick. Was able to get the tune-up fast and not have to wait 2 weeks or more to get serviced. Payment methods were easy. I will definitely go back for my bike tune up needs! I'll check out their bike shop downtown.

We had a great experience here and love supporting local business. Way better than Divvy! In particular, Wes was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about his bicycles and hooked my wife and I up for the afternoon on two beauties. Would definitely recommend going here rather than the limited selection and service the larger companies offer.

I got a curbside tune up and while I wasn't sure what to expect, it was quicker and easier than I thought it would be! I took my bike for a ride over the weekend and it ran perfectly! Marc is very personable so the tune up flew by, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be returning for any tune ups or issues in the future!

Fast friendly service, free air, amazing rentals and a convenient location - right on the bike path. Definitely recommend this shop for any of your biker needs. They have professional bikes if you're a hardcore biker. You also can rent locks, buy a new bike, get any bicycle equipment you need all right on the spot. Get a bike ride South for views, or take a ride North to visit Chicago beaches.

Had my new cruiser assembled by Marc through Amazon Services. Thought the assembly went ok. The bike seat wobbled from left to right and back when I went to mount. Which amused the assembler. I actually maybe thought this is how bike seats work now, so I pushed through 16 miles the next 2 days. Nope! Bad and dangerous assembly. Now I will go to a professional local bike store and get the job done right.

Marc took care of three bicycles for me this weekend. His attention to detail and his service is fantastic. I needed new tires on my mountain bike, and new parts for another.
