Scott is a nice punk. You've seen him at the show. He's as tall as a Doerner Fir and keen as a fox. He supplements his love of bicycles not only with wrench time behind the bench but also as a bike messenger. We couldn't be happier to have him on the team turning bolts as a Comrade. He also can't seem to escape the nickname "Scooter" and yes he knows he's tall.
Beth is a polymath with awe inspiring mechanical aptitude backed by an affable casualness that is a pleasure to be around. With over a decade of shop experience under her belt and a hunger for knowledge and competency, Beth handles tasks with a deftness that is unparalleled. She is also Comrade Cycles' razzer in chief, and the comrade most likely to talk to you about the upcoming Red Stars match.
Years of wrenching in shops and building freakbikes has given Max an appreciation for bicycles of all shapes and sizes. He's as comfortable in a welding mask and gloves as he is discussing how best to fine tune your ride. If you're looking for help with the fit on your tall bike, or need a bespoke Eeyore valve cap, Max is your guy.

We all know comrade is well regarded for providing top notch service. Today, I accidentally dropped some cash on the way out after picking up my rims. I didn’t notice till I went to get gas. I stopped back by and they had it waiting for me at the counter. Very classy. Tip these guys every chance you get

I went in with a request on a wheel truing, asking for some feedback on the state of my wheel. A person took my wheel and was back in less then 5 minutes and wanted to charge me 20.00 for their service. I asked for details about spoke tensions and said that you could not have possibly correctly Surveyed my wheel. Besides the 20.00 for less then 5 minutes of obtuse work done. Just from asking about the shady work performed the owner called me a Misogynist. Hmm. Get this straight I don’t care who does the work, just do it correctly. So I asked why I was a misogynist and what did he mean and the

Fantastically friendly and knowledgable folk. Brought in my bike as a walk-in after I got a flat -- they changed the tube in 10 minutes. The next day I came back to buy puncture-resistant tires, and they replaced my tires in only 30 mins. Very helpful both over the phone and in person. Love this place!

Experience was seamless. Took my bike in for a tuneup, dropped it off, call from the tech and that was it. Actually called to change tires and offered me an affordable option etc and the rest is history. Tune up and tires didn't break the bank and bike is back in service. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great community bike shop! Things are definitely a little chaotic since the pandemic, but they are still providing great customer service. We have picked up a new road bike and several accessories and repairs for our other bikes. Quick turn around for easy things ie tire repair, even if there is a crowd.

I came to comrade to get the brakes on my bike fixed because they seemed less expensive than any shops that were in or near the loop (shocker, I know).
Although they were pretty backed up with orders, they got my bike fixed in about a week and a half and it's works great now! I'm glad I came to got it fixed because it seems like it's a brand new bike now!

I recently got a full tuneup on my bike I had abused by leaving it out in the elements for years not riding it. Of course covid hit, and now I want to ride my bike all the time. Comrade did an excellent job with quick turnaround and it rides like new! I couldn't believe it. Also very friendly customer service and they don't make you feel dumb when you know nothing about bikes!

Hi! I work at Cleo's across the street. I needed some simple fixes I probably could have done myself but I was just plain tired and needed someone else to take the reigns.
Blown tire tube, handle bars, new seat replaced.
I called the day of and they accepted my bike that night. Super friendly on the phone and I informed the gentleman of my issues when I arrived and he was completely compassionate and understanding. I felt everything was in good hands. He said it would be ready the next day!
I was like OK!
I went to pick up my bike the next day and a very nice young lady greeted me.

After my usual bike shop gave me a whole lot of condescending attitude regarding my flat tire, I decided to take my business elsewhere and I am thrilled I landed at Comrade's.
I called to see if they could take me in for a flat. Told me they were busy but to still come anyways since it's a quick job. I came in, they took out the glass from my back tire, gave me a new tube, charged me $17 and I was out the door within 10 minutes.
THEN... the next morning, same tire, another flat. I was livid because it's just time out of my day again and having to go back and deal with this. I
