Great folks here. Took my bike in for a tune up and to figure out why my gears were shifting awkwardly. They explained the problem with my gears clearly and gave a quote in advance of doing any work. Bike was finished ahead of schedule and slightly under the quoted price. Will continue to go here and would recommend.

I want to like this bike shop because it is close to my house. The only problem I have is with the owner. Terrible customer service. The other guys that work there have been fantastic. Great customer service from them. Unfortunately I have given this place too many chances and every time I deal with the owner it turns into a bad experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere. And all I do is ride bikes.

I just got THE BEST customer service! I came as a walk in who needed my daughter’s bike repaired. Not only did they fix the bike promptly but everyone their entertained my baby girl while she was waiting. After her bike was done, they built her confidence up and she left riding out. Super great experience and will be back very soon.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years & and they always help me out. the prices are affordable. Great customer service. They help you understand your bike & tell you what your bike needs for you to be safe. I do recommend going even if you just have questions they’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Very nice store. The people there were kind, courteous, and helpful. We had to go in the get a bike chain fixed and the mechanic was very helpful, even showed some tips and tricks to make the chain last a while longer. I also bought some items which were reasonably priced.
I really like that it's a small shop and it's very cozy and functional. I like that you can watch the mechanics working, even going over there to check out the work being done.
Really great atmosphere, will definitely come back again!
