Great place to stay and the area is nice. Staff and maintenance was responsive and friendly. Buildings are nice and parking is good. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place. Location is great for commuting throughout the Madison area.

Apartment was good. They don’t advertise that they are a smoking property so we had issues with neighbors smoking…. But the staff if extremely friendly and helpful and the maintenance was always very timely

Apartment was a bit dated but everything worked great. Super close to everything for your shopping needs. We have dogs and it was very easy to have them here. The apartment always had dog amenities close by. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

It’s a great place to stay. The Barrington management is extremely helpful, friendly and responds quickly to requests. Spacious apartments.

If you are leasing with barrington, please forget your deposit money. I leased apartment with them for 4 years, cleaned every single window, door, kitchen and everything. Even though I was charged with huge amount for painting whole apartment. Had around 3 to 4 Email conversations with them and they are not ready to refund the charge even though they do acknowledge the apartment was clean and they did not ask to clean walls, trims and doors as part of move out information document. Checking with friends, looks like this is recently happening for many people moving out of the community. I am charged

I am a current resident at Barrington Place Apartments. The apartments are spacious and very quiet living spaces. I also love having a washer and dryer in my unit! The complex is also very dog friendly! Hands down one of the best places I have lived in the Madison area!

I have loved living at Barrington Place! I was able to get an apartment on short notice that allows dogs and cats. Management has been very responsive and I have never had issues with neighbors. My apartment is just the right size for me and I love having heated underground parking includes at no extra cost. I highly recommend Barrington!

Barrington Place is a great place to live. The office staff & maintenance are all so kind, and promptly handle any issues. We are so happy to have a safe and beautiful place to call home.

My car was broken into because they don’t bother to secure the door to underground parking. They sent us pictures of a model when we were out of state but then I found out when I got there that they couldn’t… even do basic repairs. (They will charge if the stove is scratched they warn but when I moved in it was so old and disgusting that I couldn’t cook when I lived there. Same with the dishwasher.) Even during COVID they don’t clean any of the hallways or common areas. (This is obvious due to the dead bug guts on the walls!) It’s a really awful place to live

Great move in experience. The Barrington management is extremely helpful, friendly and responds quickly to requests. Apartment is spacious and well lit. The floor plan we chose is great and the amenities are in great condition.Bathroom is large and clean. Also, it is near to Costco, woodman and other groceries stores, restaurants, banks, salons etc.

Its been an year in barrington apartment and have lot good person memories. Above all, staff are friendly and even small issues are solved in no time. I can't think one reason why one can't call this beautiful, secured and good community place as ther HOME.

Going through the lease process was such a breeze and the management has been great to work with and have made us feel like this place is home. They work in a timely manner. We are so excited for our time here.

I moved into Barrington Place almost two years ago when I relocated to Madison. The community is quiet, clean and beautiful - and conveniently located near a park with walking trails. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to calls or maintenance requests. Thanks, Barrington :)

My stay in Barrington place apartments is so far good. We are residents since 4 years. They do excellent service in snow shoveling, cleaning the snow from the walkways, prepared for upcoming snow, grass cutting etc. also the maintenance issues will be resolved in a day which is appreciable. They do their best in regular vacuuming the hallways and cleaning the trash areas. We love staying in Barrington place apartments. Last not the least my husband give lot of credit to the leasing office team who receive everyone with smiling face and listen to the concerns and do their best to resolve.

Its been 3 years since we are living in Barrington, My wife and I moved to Barrington in Feb 2017, the only spacious apartments near to my work. That was the main reason we selected this apartment. We love the community and we didn't got an idea of moving to any other apartments. Our family grown to three last year and we moved to two bedroom apartment in here. Its even more spacious. Heated underground parking is a nice touch in this cold Madison weather. Management arranges frequent get together and parties which is great to know our neighbors. Overall the best in town I would say.
