I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor and a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. I am licensed in West Virginia and Maryland and have been in practice since 1988, working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.
Women's support group. We address a variety of issues, such as but not limited to, depression, anxiety, divorce, infidelity, relationship issues, grief, addictions, dual diagnosis, codependence, domestic abuse, family conflict, parenting, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, self esteem, spirituality, and many more.
Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. You already have some strengths that you've used before, that for whatever reason isn't working right now. Perhaps this problem feels overwhelming and is making it difficult to access your past strengths.
