Originally from St Louis, Dr. Weiss received her doctorate degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2004. She completed her residency in Family Practice with an emphasis in Ocular Disease at the Southern College of Optometry in association with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

My experience at Seaview Eyecare is always an excellent experience. Dr. Weiss, Lana and the remainder of the office staff are nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend SeaView being Dr. Weiss is knowledgeable on the latest and greatest eye technology and materials and Lana, is an expert laboratory optometry.

Originally I walked into this practice to provide a technical service call. While I was there I noticed the individual attention that was provided to the patients so I decided that this was the place I needed to go to when it came time for my eye exam. I’m glad I made this decision! The entire staff from front desk to physicians were attentive and provided the best experience. Highly recommended!

I have worn glasses and contacts for my entire adult life and have very bad vision. As a result, I’ve had many ophthalmologists and optometrists assist me throughout the country.
I can honestly say Dr. Weiss is the best. World class.
She is thorough , but takes the time to give options. She knows the latest and greatest vision aids and understands the most complex vision needs. Her staff is outstanding! Concise and consistent. Visiting her office as a patient is a pleasure rather than a pain.
I can’t recommend her enough. We are lucky to have her in south Florida.

The appointment is given to you within a normal time frame. Not my experience with other places. The office is beautiful and all the sanitary protocols are implemented. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctor is knowledgeable, honest, and very caring. Excellent bedside manner.

I LOVE DR.WEISS, BRIANA, AND CAT!! The service from these ladies is amazing. I have been visiting Dr. Weiss for almost two years as a result of a cornea transplant surgery that left me in need of special contact lenses to support my Keratoconus. These ladies are patient, attentive, and personable. I truly enjoy my visits with them because i'm treated like family. Strong and sincere customer service is hard to find these days. I LITERALLY drive 50 minutes EACH WAY just to visit Seaview Eyecare and I do not regret this choice.

Dr. Weiss is not only an amazing doctor, she is also a kind and compassionate person. My entire family has been seeing her for several years now and she gets it right everytime. The entire team at SeaView is terrific. They are extremely polite and very professional. They all deserve a 10 star rating in my opinion.

I had just purchased 2 new glasses at a larger chain eyeglass store. My glasses we’re definitely not fitting properly, and the place did not seem to want to help me, they adjusted them but seemed annoyed. When I passed Seaview Eyecare I thought I would see if they could help me. Not only did they adjust both my glasses, they were super nice and patient, and I didn’t even buy my glasses their. I will definitely be going back there fir my next pair. Kindness and customer service go along way.

I was able to make an appointment quickly for an issue that Dr Weiss was able to diagnose and explain in a manner that made me feel comfortable and confident on how to address my issue. In addition to her competency Dr Weiss and all of the medical professionals that worked in the office were just a joy to be around. I was experiencing discomfort associated with dry eye and found a number of reasons to smile. Lastly, the selection of glasses, the location and the overall office was just fantastic. I will be back.

Friendly and first-class all the way! They did an exceptional job handling social distancing and the experience from entry to exit was friendly and professional. My Doctor (I believe Weiss) couldn't have been friendlier and spent a lot of time meticulously performing my exam, discussing my vision, and offering a lot of great suggestions and tips for good long-term vision maintenance. My spouse has been using them for years and has also had nothing but positive experiences. Very nice staff. Great experience. I saw Dr Elena Monks for my eye exam. Just a very pleasant person. Her assistant Jessica (I think that was her name) was also very friendly.
Lena was helping me pick out some frames. She was also very friendly and fun to interact with.
Overall a very nice office. I highly recommend them. I will be back in the future.

Dr. Weiss is a caring and wonderful person. She fit me in right away when I had a eye problem even though I was a new patient. She really took the time to find out what contacts are the best fit for me. She also gave me plenty of samples to make sure that before I ordered the boxes that I was completely happy. I had been wearing for 20 years single vision contacts and now my eyes are ready for multi focal and I didn't even know it, till Dr. Weiss suggested it.
