The move-in process was very easy. The staff was helpful during the entire process. Communication was great. There was some confusion about the initial deposit and what it would cover. After I moved in there were a few things missing or not quite right. I submitted a couple tickets and maintenance was quick to fix most items. One lingering item was not taken care of, so I filled out a survey and was honest with it. Got a call back regarding the survey, and both issues above are being resolved now. This shows they really care about the resident's experience. Much appreciated.

I have been at Botanica Cottages for 6 years now. The apartments are a perfectly laid out and the location is excellent. The office staff is always so nice and the maintenance staff work so hard to keep this place its best. The snow removal is extremely quick and done right here in the winter. Happy to live in such a nice community!

I would like to say that my experience with Botanica Cottages has been the one and only greatest living experiences I have encountered. I am a woman from a big city and this makes "Country Living" a wonderful experience!
