Love it here! The apartments are spacious and beautiful! The location is great: Outlets 10 min away, trains to Philly are a 20mim drive, and lots of trails are a few minutes away too. I love that it's a quiet, clean area with families. Lots of nice shared grassy area for grilling, gym, pool, and tennis courts. My electric bill is also reasonable (I lived in KOP in a place where my electric bill was almost $200/mo for a 900sqft apartment! And mind you I was trying really hard to keep the AC and heating use to an absolute minimum... ) Maintenance is fast and polite, I never hear neighbors, and I

I am a resident of walnut crossing and would advise those looking for a new apartment in the royersford area to look elsewhere. The price is attractive initially, but the reason the price is lower becomes apparent when you deal with the staff. When I locked myself out of my apartment, they typically give you a set of keys to be returned free of charge. The girl at the front desk this time decided there would be a 50$ charge to provide me a spare this time. Seemed arbitrary. I should note it was pouring rain when I requested the key... I also had incredible difficulty scheduling repairs and getting

Walnut Crossing leasing management : please note the service is really gone down over last few months..and this is clealy visible during this snow days. Very poor planning and you guys did not put sufficient maintenace team.. Most of the people including me are cleaning their walkway. I and other tenants 2101, 2102, 2103 and 2104 just finished our walkway outside our houses. Hope to see better service from you guys
