The property manager, Jennifer, was so helpful in getting the application process completed and prompt in responding to any of our questions. Apartments are clean with lots of storage space. Laundry set up is super convenient. Finding a parking space close to our building hasn’t been a problem for us. And my husband loves the gym! Highly recommend these apartments!

Terrible Management. Ok would rate them negative if I could. The only place I have ever lived where my personal privacy was invaded my management. Management put a doctored smoke detector in the hallway that videotapes and records without the consent of myself or any of my neighbors. They have been taping me my friends and family (including minors) for over a month now. The only reason I was informed was because I took the device down and went to the police. They do not keep the doors locked so anyone has access to my apartment at anytime and the firedoor in front of my apartment is bolted open

My husband and I have lived here since March 2015. We love it. The Property Manager Jenn is great. The maintenance staff is great. They handle your work order requests super fast. There's a pool and small gym. The laundry rooms were recently updated with new larger washers and dryers. Our neighbors are nice and we love the floor we are on. The apartments are visually appealing as well. We have never had any issues with rodents of any kind. We are moving soon but only due to relocating. I wanted to be sure to write about our positive experience here and would highly recommend College Arms to anyone

I've lived in many different states and have rented several different apartments in my lifetime, and I have too say that this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Any others have never even compared to how well this place is maintained, safety is top notch and order is kept! The management is on top of everything your requests never go unanswered and this is definitely a place called home for me for the past 3 years!

I lived here for 4 years and I would highly recommend it! The apartment are nice especially for the low price. Cable is included which is amazing and Jen the manager was always pleasant and helpful. I never… waited more than a day or two at most for any minor Maintence request. The only downfall can be a few nosey neighbors but that's expected with an apartment community.
