We have a $50 fee to hold your consultation time on our schedule, the fee will be charged to your credit card when making your appointment. Wow I can’t say enough great things about Ovation Med Spa and my technician Elena! Just finished my 3rd Diva treatment and it was by far the best Experience ever! It really does do everything it promises to do! I feel like a whole new woman!! Elena is amazing she made the whole experience easy and comfortable and explains everything so there are no surprises, I highly highly recommend!!!

From the moment I entered the spa I was greeted with a smile and welcomed to the facility. I was informed of how the procedure would work and even took a before picture that provided so much detailed info regarding my skin on a tv, which was really neat. I was surprised at how much info I received regarding the overall procedure and couldn't wait to see the results.
The procedure felt like a bad sunburn but nothing painful just a bit uncomfortable a couple of hours afterwards. After the procedure I noticed black tiny dots all over my face but it was expected as the friendly and professional staff

I will say that there are 2 people that are fabulous employees-Natalia and Donny, but this spa pushes whatever their latest modality is and there are so many it is way too confusing. I spent thousands of dollars and look worse that when I started honestly. There are too many fabulous med spas in Houston to go here and get stuck on a machine with no expertise. There are package deals you can buy, but if it doesn't work for you then you are stuck. That happened to me twice. Shame on me. Go somewhere there are experts meeting and consulting with you. I got better advice from the receptionist

I’ve been going to Ovation since 2017. From the first day I had a consultation, they made me feel important, comfortable, and that my issues were valid. I have liked all the aestheticians I have seen there, but have routinely requested Elena. She is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and always smiling. We always have a great time even when the procedure isn’t exactly comfortable (beauty sometimes comes with a bit of pain!). I would highly recommend the spa and Elena to anyone looking for a cut above in the Med-spa world! Kudos to all the staff for keeping it classy and fun!

I received a call from the owner. He apologized for my experience and offered to make the situation right. I would have taken him up on that offer but I had already made an appointment elsewhere. The call definitely improved my perception of ovation and I appreciated the professionalism and kindness. The call was reflective of the experience of the other reviewers.

I have been coming to Ovation Med Spa for about one year now. I am impressed by how friendly and professional the staff treats me. I mainly receive treatments from Elena who goes out of her way to explain procedures and to make me feel comfortable at all times. I am also thoroughly impressed with how the spa updates and has the newest equipment at all times. I highly recommend Ovation Spa and Elena.

I have been a client here for almost 15 years. Ovation is always on top of the newest and best equipment for your med spa needs. I have received hydra facials, skin pen, and other procedures to help with my melasma. Most recently I had laser hair removal with Eva. She is so thorough with her procedures as are all of the technicians. They are also great at recommending the procedures you really need and customize a plan just for you. I have recommended several friends and they all love it too!

New client here, Ovation Med Spa is TOP NOTCH from staff to result producing and newest technologies and equipment. Carefully researching and with help from a great friend I chose to fly in from San Diego to begin a to the point, non-surgical, low recovery mommy makeover. I love their great promos, they are a must to keep a look out for. Shows they really care about their clients and show appreciation! I will definitely be flying back in for follow up treatments, so worth it!

Horrible place. Rude people, no gravitas. They couldn't remember what treatment package they sold me and then tried to short me. After paying them they treated me like I was trying to get free services when they didn't even document what they were doing... Then they check the chart and saw that I was correct. Crappy service, crappy people, crappy place... Go elsewhere!

Beware of what you sign... I decided to cancel my Coolsculpting because I felt like my questions weren't being answered honestly for the amount of money it costs. So I call and tell them I will not go ahead with the treatment and they said sorry we can't refund you your $6400.
Which I didn't understand because I didn't even begin treatment so I wanted my money back. She said I signed a "no refund

I went in for a Nano Laser Peel and the experience was amazing! The staff was super amazing, I was introduced to everyone there including the owner. I was literally made to feel at home. I had no wait time, I was shown into the room and Maria explained the procedure and off we went. The procedure was painful but I have got to say that the pain was WORTH IT!! My skin is like a babies bottom. Exactly what Maria said would happen, happened! First night I couldn't sleep but that's to be expected and after that you just see your skin start to shed and new skin come in. My experience at Ovation

The pixel Q laser is ineffective. I had a living social "deal" and got suckered into purchasing and additional package in order to see results. And I spent $405 on a package which required three visits. Each visit was around 15 minutes. Its so expensive and I didn't see results. Daj (technician) promised i would see some results (thought she couldn't guarantee perfect results). However, I saw NO IMPROVEMENT. EACH visit i asked why i don't see results in a futile attempt. My money was never refunded.
