The management here is pretty bad there has been been 3 Managers Coming and going. Some without any experience or training it takes a very long time to get a simple question answered or to even have something fix. I hope they can find a proper manger that has experience and knows the system. It’s taken 2 mounts to get a simple answers sometimes they won’t even answer the phone no mater what time of day it is or how many times you call it very difficult to talk to someone. NEEDS WORK

My children and I moved to Livermore Gardens in 1996 when Jerry was manager
and Pat was assistant manager. The rents then were expensive and there was NO POOL or weight room. The assistant manager was very rude and so was her alcoholic husband Don. Nothing much has changed from the pictures I've seen except for the pool and weight room additions. The materials that were use for repair were cheap and maintenance repairs weren't done in a timely manner. If I had another choice of apartments, Livermore Gardens wouldn't have been in my top 10 choices. If you didn't have a vehicle, you were basically

The apartments are older, but were well-built. They have central heating and air and an incredible amount of space, and only 2-4 units to a building, so you don't have neighbors at every surface. There is a bus stop right outside that's on the Rapid line which goes straight to BART, and it's right next to the lab besides. Work orders are completed sufficiently well and fast.
Drawbacks include that my apartment, at least, has an almost-alarming slant to the porch that carries into the living room, which the manager assured me was no structural issue, and the bathroom shower needs some serious updating
