My girlfriend and I have lived here for just over a month, and it’s been an exceptional experience so far. Upon moving in, Demaria informed us that maintenance would paint a complementary accent wall of our choice. We are so glad we took her up on the offer, because Jose did a really nice job and it added the perfect touch to our new apartment. Demaria was very helpful in getting the details sorted out. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and offers fantastic amenities.

Although for full disclosure I haven't lived at Ellison, I can say that they were wonderful during the application process. My girlfriend and I searched far and wide in the greater Evanston area and spoke with 15+ high-end buildings, and Ellison was the ONLY one that stayed in contact with us and informed us of availability through calls and emails. Flo and Demaria were professional, courteous, and thoughtful during the process and it really made a difference in reducing our stresses in finding a new place. I have rented the majority of my life and Ellison has set a new standard for how renting should go! They have extremely friendly/helpful/responsive staff in the lobby as well as maintenance. The location is ideal and all of the amenities are great as well. The building is brand new which is also a plus. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with great amenities and outstanding staff then look no further than Ellison!

My experience has been a very unique yet grand venture. Transitioning out of the military, the timeline for my separation orders were skewed leaving room for multiple job offers. Anticipating my new residence to be Illinois, I booked early after getting a personal tour with the manager Mr. Kola. With COVID precautions in place I was unable to perform the tour in person so Mr. Kola walked us through the whole site using video chat on his phone (Bravo!).

Me and my fiancé leave here for over a year and we love that building and amenities. Everything is super clean here. Other then the cleaning service I see Flo the manager moping lobby few times a day to keep us safe from Covid. You can tell that they are cleaning freaks. Love it here and will stay here for a decade or two.
Tenants here are super nice and I have made lots of new friends.

Thanks to Google and ApartmentRatings.com, my husband and I decided to check out Ellison Apartments, strictly because of its high ratings. The people did not disappoint! Working with Flo has been an absolute DREAM and answer to prayer and I cannot say enough wonderful things about his diligence, promptness, and professionalism.

My husband and I toured this community with Flo. Flo was helpful, thorough, personable, and kind from start to finish. Although we ended up going with another community (due to location), we heavily considered Ellison. It 100% would've been our next choice. It had literally everything we could have wanted and it is an absolutely beautiful building. If location wasn't a factor, you could've considered us residents. Best of luck going forward! I know that anybody that does choose this as their home will be in great hands.
