I absolutely love everything about living at Erie Station Village except for the maintenance. They are all very nice people but do not stick to schedules. We have only needed to call them for a few problems since living here and every single time they don't answer. When they finally call back they either say they will be right over, but never show up, or schedule a time for a different day, then never showed up. We needed a new hot water tank and new toilet and both times took weeks to get them in our apartment and dozens of phone calls trying to reach them. Like I said, when they finally come

Lived here for 1.5 years. Pretty good apartments, starting to show their age with the appliances and needed my water heater replaced but maintenance was great about every issue I’ve had. The rent is way too high for the area though. Almost $1000 for a studio is insane, when you’re so far out from everything.

On our second mind numbing winter in a 3br townhouse here.
For almost 2K$ a month I have a huge townhouse- with the entire master suite (huge bathroom walk in closet laundry etc) that is UNUSABLE 1/3 of the year. The pipes freeze 2-3 times a winter and the bedroom temps around 55 degrees on average--- with the heat in the house set at 70! There is no insulation (floors and wall are ICE cold to the touch) and a GAS SPACE HEATER attached to the master bath walk is expected to warm the entire downstairs of the unit as real HVAC was never built in.
So I rent a "luxury" town home- 1/3 of

Great place to live. Very friendly management office. Awesome prices on townhouses or apartments. A lot of room. Has a nice neighborhood feel with pretty outdoors. I love it here and the buildings are all very well maintained. The maintenance team is great here too. I highly recommend living here.

I lived here with my family for about a year. I have nothing but great things to say. Amy and Renee always took care of our needs if we had questions or concerns. Maintenance staff did an excellent job replacing our water heater when it stopped working. The place is very family friendly as we used to walk around the property with our kids. Also, the utilities were between $70-$100 for us which is not that bad. Oh and the internet is incredibly fast. If we weren't moving out of the area, would have stayed here even longer!

I absolutely loved living here. It felt like a community not just an apartment complex. The maintenance crew is AMAZING. I had an issue with my carbon monoxide detector going off at 10pm on a Sunday night and they came right over to figure out what was wrong. They came back the next day and made sure everything was good. The leasing office crew was always so kind and great to work with. The only reason I moved was because I was relocating out of state. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

It's a nice place to live and I like the people here a lot. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is great, especially Rene. She is very kind and always willing to help out by sending a message to whoever needs it, talking to a loud neighbor, asking a dog owner to clean up after their pet, or any other usual issue.

The facilities are in good shape, the pool is very nice, staffed well by helpful young ladies or men, and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful.

Short of having your own personal compound, Erie Station is a pretty nice alternative!

Oh, and considering the state of most

Apartments are new but a bit cheap. Office hours are good but not if you have a full time job. Office staff are good. Maintenance staff are pretty nice.

Wonderful place to live! The rentals and property is extremely well maintained is just beautiful. We enjoyed living here with our young child. Quiet, peaceful and friendly neighbors. If you have any issues at all, the maintenance department takes good care of you- Stephanie is incredibly professional and helpful- always willing to listen and explain things. We were also especially impressed with Renee and the entire leasing staff. They consistently went above and beyond to help us out when needed. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, safe and caring place to live... this is it!!

I have a 2 bedroom on the bottom floor and been here for three years. Neighbors are friendly and very respectful of noise level.
Apartment is so spacious, high ceilings, laundry in apartment makes things so convenient.

The office staff are so professional and friendly!

The only downfall I have is not having assigned parking, had to call and complain about not having a spot. Staff always takes care of it.
Also I miss the old maintenance staff, new guy has hit the mailbox and trash room with the snow plow and doesn't seem to care. He's not very professional, he needs to move on!

Sold our home after all the kids moved away and love it! So peaceful and quiet. Our neighbors are wonderful and the staff organizes a lot of activities at the community center, esp. for seniors. We looked a long time to find something that didn't feel like a 'complex' and this was the only one that looks and feels like a real neighborhood!

My boyfriend and lived here for about 4 years. We had one of the 2 bedroom Gable Apartments. The layout is very open and spacious. There is laundry in the apartment, making life much easier. Prices are reasonable for what you get. We've even looked at places around the Rochester area and what you get for the same price doesn't even come close.
The location may not be in the middle of all the city's hot spots but its not a far drive to even the opposite corners of the city.
The staff has always been helpful and fairly quick with any repairs. First, they let us paint the whole apartment

Apartment living was driving us both crazy. Neighbor frustrations, laundry frustrations, parking frustrations.... Time to get out.

Searching Rochester listings for a townhouse with a garage, in a community that had neither a reputation for housing college students with a predilection for frequent loud parities nor for surly management, met with zero success. Being garage-less was the usual deal-breaker.

I saw the advertisement for Erie Station Village by chance. I never would have found them otherwise because my web searches specified Rochester, Brighton, Pittsford, and not *West Henrietta
