Just used the pool for the 1st time because finally the sun is out. The 2 lifeguards that work there are amazing very nice and knowledgeable about their jobs. I am a current resident. In my basement for the past month there has been flees due to a stray cat. They had an exterminator come out and spray the basement multiple times. Also all the apartments on the first floor. Fast Ford three weeks later after the basement was reopened. I went there to do a couple loads, after I put my loads in I was covered with flees. I called the emergency line and the lady said to me” they are not goin to come out to fix it because it is not and emergency”. They are the worst!!!

Adequate. Nothing wrong in terms of maintenance, service, or housing. Parking is not well laid out or maintained - derelict cars have sat for weeks or months during winter unmoved and taking up multiple spots. No roaches or ants, but the surrounding trees are a haven for ladybugs during their season. Rent is kind of high (965 for 2 bedroom with den)
