Please don’t come here. Worst apartments ever. Noisy. Old. I don’t have the words to describe these apartments. Yes they are that bad. And expect yourself to get locked out of your own building while taking out the trash or just going out for a stroll. I have gotten locked our so many times. And then you have to pay $30 to get inside your own apartment. Yes, every time you get locked out

Everything about these apartments is a negative. ESPECIALLY the noise. YOU CAN EVEN HEAR PEOPLE TALKING ON THE LOWER/UPPER FLOOR. THE AGENTS/PROPERTY MANAGERS ARE ALSO RUDE. The buildings are pretty old and need a lot of renovation. The washers and & dryers are ancient and eat up your coins. One of the two rooms is also VERY small. AVOID!

This place isn’t the great but looking at these review seeing people complaining about for one it is not that nosie here at all been here for 5 Months and had no problem and the train goes by is not that loud of your in the back apartments then yes probably isn’t the best but other then that it’s a fine place

I don't have a problem with the complex per say. But I'm replying to the other user comment about the creep that parks near that wall in the back with the gray Hyundai blasting music all times of night.Hes using his mom's dark gray toyota Tonite blasting music in the car walking back and forth. Maybe he is trying to committee an act of crime or stalking someone near that wall. Us neighbors are very aware of this creep. We have 911 on speed dial. This guy and his mom and brother with the durag and her little granddaughter has community Manor in a state of dystopia. We were walking around back there

I was planning to live in an apartment, but after visit my friends, I changed my mind, I felt this apartment is not worth with its prices, poor maintenance, noise of trains even windows are shut. Office people just making difficult time for their resident and make money from them. It is totally old apartment, not interested and prices is too high. It took forever for them to complete service of your need, laundry aren't 100% clean and not work well, too much spend $ on laundry, and there are not 100% clean and dry ($1.50 for wash & 1.25 for dry, not completely dry, would not waste my $ on that
