I have lived at Westbrooke Commons now for a year and it has been a great experience! The office staff are very responsive and get back to you promptly. The maintenance staff are always great and if I need anything fixed, it’s always done quickly. Everyone I’ve come across that’s associated with Westbrooke Commons are very personable and care about how you feel as a tenant. I would recommend Westbrooke Commons to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Keep this in mind when you read 5 star reviews: Westbrooke sometimes holds raffles where if you leave a *5 star* review, then you’re entered to win a gift card. They specify that it must be a 5 star review, which feels a bit unethical to me, as it artificially inflates their ratings.
Anyway, I’ve lived in 2 different buildings here, and had very different experiences in each. I first lived in one of the larger one bedroom apartments (not on ground level) for one year, and overall had a good experience. I moved because they were going to raise the rent (they WILL raise your rent every year

I with my roommates lived here 2 years. We moved out in May and didn't do an in person walk through because of the circumstances. We cleaned the appartment to the condition it was when we first moved in. Then we get mailed a bill weeks later charging us for a dirty carpet. When we asked them where the spots were they took a few days to send us photos of shadows and very light wear and tear that would come out with a normal carpet cleaning. Let it be noted that in our contract it stated that normal wear and tear is to be expected and we wouldn't be charged for it. The carpet was also very light

I've lived at Westbrooke for 18 months now. First I rented a studio, and then last July I signed a new lease for a 2 bedroom. I really have no complaints about it! The pool is great in the summer - they re did it a couple years ago and it's very nice to have. Also the gym facility is updated and nice there!
Anytime I have had a maintenance issue it is fixed quickly. The sidewalks were icy yesterday morning, I called the office and they had maintenance salting them almost immediately.
