I moved in here at the end of the summer and I can tell you as I am writing this I have a beautiful warm fire going in my fireplace it is comfortable I feel safe and I love my place more than you'll ever know if you are looking for that type of environment this is where you want to live. The staff and maintenance are there to help you and I will tell you this in the Winter you will have no problem getting to work because they are on top of keeping the roads clean and clear I can't speak enough about my forever home.

The compound is nice and well-maintained, although the units are a bit dated for the price.
Primarily I am disappointed in the deception that I encountered with Bennington Hills while on my apartment search. I was misled and given inaccurate and incomplete information by multiple office personnel which would have prevented me from wasting $175 (nonrefundable) when I initially proceeded with the application process. It wasn’t until a month after applying and several weeks prior to signing a lease (which I fortunately avoided) when I was reading through the 34 page lease I had just been sent that

I wish I could give this place no stars. I had visited a family member of mine for a few hours. I was thinking about moving to Bennington Hills, BUT NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!!! I will steer all my friends and family away from this place. First, I went with my family member to the office. We were met with a very rude front desk lady. She was not only rude to the lady in front of us, but ourselves. I was appalled. You run an establishment and are rude to the very people who pay your paycheck. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! I stayed in a furnished one bedroom while in Rochester for three months for an internship. I was delayed in arriving due to my visa coming late, and they moved back my move-in date (twice!) with no issues whatsoever. Alyson and Katie are a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance staff is pleasant and go above and beyond. The apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Super dog friendly, and wonderful neighbours.
