Services
Botox is a prescription medicine that is injected sub dermal and used to improve the look of the moderate-to-severe lines and wrinkles in the forehead, between eyebrows and the "crow's feet" next to the eyes. The botulinum injection blocks nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that cause lines and wrinkles to develop.
The Better You Club is a membership based monthly program that allows you to set goals for a better looking and feeling you. By allowing different services every month, we can help you overcome the effects of aging - weight gain, loss of texture in your skin and a reduction of lines and wrinkles. The ONLY place I will go to get any future work done in Houston! I’m so fortunate to have found Dr. Roberto. :)
He was on time (very rare for cosmetic doctors or well, any doctor really lol), had great bedside manners and the establishment was sparkling clean. Check-in and the procedure itself (20 units of Botox between my brows) was quick and painless.
I asked a plethora of questions as I was extremely anxious due to bad experiences in the past;he patiently listened and answered all my concerns. He also didn’t pressure me to get more work done like the last two doctors I saw. He genuinely

I love this place and have been multiple times now. Adam and Roberto are both very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. They have done a wonderful job on services I’ve purchased and my skin looks great. Adam is also well versed in overall health and well being which is a major plus for me. I highly recommend them! Went there today to get botox for the first time. Cannot RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Receptionist was friendly and got me my paperwork quickly, Dr. Roberto took me to room and was very informative, very nice, very professional and talked me through everything and helped me pick where I wanted/needed it.
I was very nervous but he helped calmed me down and it was over in minutes and the needle didn't even hurt. I will absolutely being going back there for more botox and trying out fillers.

Dr. Medrano is amazing! He is very professional and knowledgeable, he will ask you first what is it exactly that you are wanting and then he explain the procedure in details before he injects to achieve your satisfying results! He has a very pleasant friendly personality - kind, easy going, understanding, attentive, patient and very reasonable to work with. I am very pleased with his expertise of work! I highly recommend him.

Have been twice now over the last year, and during COVID. Great prices for Botox, safe, and they’ll match the prices they have on Groupon for additional units. I’ve been getting Botox regularly for about 10 years now at every spa around Houston, and I honestly can’t complain about anything w this place.

Nope. I had Botox done about a month ago and have yet to see any effects. The product must be either out of date or watered down or something. I have never not had Botox work for me, except after getting it from this place. Spend a little more and get higher quality product elsewhere.

I actually did call back around 2 weeks and I was told that I needed to wait longer and that all you could do is offer me a discount on additional units.

I definitely like this place...I've been back three times now since they honor my original/groupon botox unit price. I have recommended to three friends who all have had similarly positive experiences. I recommend that you call and have the doctor/owner do your treatment as he is skilled and quick. Sometimes with techs (here and other places) there is less skill/experience and for first timers or the squeamish, having the best hands on your face is reassuring. The location leaves a bit to be desired, but botox is botox and the patient rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff is
