I am beyond grateful for everyone at this office the process is hard enough as it is and having someone by your side that is actually there for you and your case is crucial. Frank Ronzio is an amazing attorney. Jenny Herrera has also been a great asset to his team. We’re extremely happy with Ronzio and associates, especially Jenny!! She’s amazing, takes her job serious, She’s responsible, She’s really knowledgeable about all immigration laws and procedures and she always made us feel like family when we’re in her office or she was talking to us on the phone. Wanted to share our experience with Ronzio and Associates, especially Jenny. We initially started our immigration process to adjust residency for my husband many years ago. Everytime we went into the office to submit paperwork and questions we were always treated with proffecionalism, respect and above all like family. Jenny is very knowledgeable in her field! I wouldn't give this any stars at all. My mom has a case here. And we been trying to get a hold of them because we have questions about a NVC email I inquired. Before COVID started we had trouble getting ahold of a lawyer always telling us they can't at the moment. I wish I would've read the reviews earlier. At the moment we are trying to contact NVC our selfs and possible look for another lawyer. So please be aware. Does anybody know where I can complain about this law-firm?

It is exhausting to call everyday and email everyday only to realize no one will return your calls/emails. Im starting to believe i have been scammed. It is frustrating enough to know you can not go in their office to deman an explanation, now having no one return calls/emails, makes one feel hopeless. They are paid well, the least they can do is communicate. The only thing they are on time with is the bill. Why hasn't that stop if they dont do their part of the bargain? Would give half a star but yelp only allows 1

I have been calling for the pass week and no one has return my call, they say they will call back in 24 hour its been over a week and 3 messages that I leave and no one has return a call. I email and nothing no respond. Finally they pick up and I am told that the layers have the whole office working on a project and they will start returning calls next week there is no one that I can talk to. I can't believe we've wasted so much time and money on these people. I wish I knew how to go about firing them and getting a lawyer to sue them and take over our case. Every time I need to get a hold of the person in "charge" of our case (which is always changing) it seems near impossible. Nothing but rookie incompetent paralegals. I've left messages via email and phone and yet still nothing. I tried reaching out to higher authority in the firm and same results, NOTHING. It's seems once they get your money they just don't care. Receptionist have a terrible attitude and the paralegals never call you back or care to follow up to give you a call back. I am still waiting for a call back from my new paralegal since the one I had quit. They never told me anything nor informed me that I was assigned a new paralegal who hasn't call me back yet. It's like they are doing me favor, nooooo I am paying money for your services so you are NOT doing me a favor.

I'm gong to be honest - Steve is an awesome guy. He is very professional and courteous and though sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of him, but when I do he answers all of my questions in detail. I am still pending a case with their firm. So far, so good. The process has been moving at an excellerated rate. Would I recommend Ronzio & Associates? Of course I would. I trust them and I know they will do a good job.

When you need your papers they can't come quick enough. However, I think these emotions of uncertainty and fear is being transferred to Ronzio and Associates in their reviews. My first immigration attorney took my money and then said they couldn't do anything to help me. I was referred by a friend to Ronzio and Associates. They said they'd do everything they could do help me and they did. This entailed approaching multiple companies as sponsors, they went above and beyond in due diligence and paperwork filed, with no additional charge. Eventually, they never stopped working on my

Bad communication they have made 3 mistakes in my case they can only say sorry you have to see all the paperwork to see they don't make mistakes they say to uscis I had cancer which I don't,that I have kids and I don't they fired 2 of my attorneys and I wasn't notified and when you call they don't tell the truth they send people on vacation when they don't work there anymore don't waste your time here find another law firm

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! As others have noted, the communication with this "law office" is nonexistent. They are a joke! They pass you along from secretary to secretary and you can never get a straight answer from any knowledgeable person.
My father secured Ronzio for a case and put $800 down as a deposit. Two days later, he called to request to terminate services. My father felt it was a risk and wanted to wait to see if the laws change. He was told, however, that he needs to speak with the attorney. NUMEROUS times he has been given this story. NOT ONCE has he received a call back

My experience with this firm has been very positive on balance.
Communication is not the best, but I think this is simply due to volume of the work they do.
The man behind it all is a great character! H's a knowledgeable, sincere and caring man and I am indebted to him for the help he has given my wife and I.
The bottom line is that he worked with the complexities of the case and got the desired result.

I have been waiting a long time to write this review because this whole ordeal was very frustrating and extremely stressful. I finally decided it's best to share my experience just in case it helps someone else in my situation.
My husband and I initially reached out to this law office in late 2010. I am a natural born citizen of the US and my husband is not. We were told that this was a strong case given that my husband has been in the US since he was a child. He attended elementary, junior high, high school, & college here. No criminal record, no deportations.
