Guy was great throughout the whole process and got me much more than I expected for the house I was selling and a very good price on the house I was buying. He was realistic with me and helped me navigate buying and selling a home simultaneously. With any other broker I don't believe I could have done this and got the results I did. When it came time for things that needed to be done to the new house after inspection he went to bat for me and got me everything I asked for. From now on if any family or friends are looking to buy or sell, I'm insisting they use Guy.

I was VERY impressed by Guy starting from my first exchange with him. He genuinely cares about the buyer and their needs, He asks questions, seems interested, and sends you listings for homes in areas that you may not have initially considered. I began looking for a home 2 months ago, and Guy was right by my side the entire time. He showed me 3 houses a day after work, and would do whatever it took to show me a house before the open house. In my opinion, Guy is the best there is in the world of Boston area Realtors. Over the past 4 years Guy has assisted me as a home buyer and a seller and has been great in both cases. Guy is a stand up guy (no pun intended) and will give you his honest opinion no matter the effect on him (i.e. he won't steer you into a higher priced place just to increase his commission).
