DO NOT GO HERE! Literally got scammed by these people!!! Paid $142 just for them to look at my laptop. ridiculous!!! They told me it’s $500 to fix my laptop that has a little cracked screen and if i didn’t pay that price i would have to pay the diagnostic fee that came to $142!! i would understand if it was at least $30… AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GET SCAMMED!!!

Quoted $150-250 wound up costing $325 for a cracked screen. Once you leave your electronics there to be looked at you automatically have to pay $115. The actual work that was done was fine. But being told there wasn't that much of a difference between what I was quoted & what it cost is a joke. And because of the $115 fee we felt we had no choice but to pay the $325. The laptop itself cost $400 brand new....

Was quoted for a cracked screen, the range of$150-$280. Was communicated there was a diagnostic fee of $129 if you did not pursue the fix but the cost went toward the repair. I was called less than an hour later that the fix would be over $700. I told them I was quoted a range no higher than $280 and felt like I was being shaken down for their diagnostic fee. I NEVER would have left it if the range was up to $1000 or something likely ridiculous. The self-identified owner got incensed, spouting ridiculous statistics about how everyone loved them. They had my computer hostage so I paid the $129 fee

My computer fell hard on the floor. Could not get it to work. Took it to CNA. It was irreparable. I had just bought a back up computer but had not transferred my files yet.
They were a lifesaver & were able to recover my files & transfer them to a replacement computer. Many of these files were crucial and they successfully transferred all of them.
It's been 5 months now, and I'm still finding files that I forgot about & am using now. The turn around from when I dropped it off & picked up the replacement computer was satisfactory too.
Really happy with these guys.

Brought in my Dell laptop due to issues with the charging port that became detached. They said it was a pretty common issue with that particular model. I was given a quote and a time frame for how long it would take to repair (2 to 3 days) but luckily it was fixed that same day. I felt no hassle or pressure from them. So I say thank you!

These guys saved not only my laptop, but my Dad's pictures (he passed in 2018). I could not be more thankful to them. They were responsive, efficient, kept great communication about updates on their progress and what they needed, AND got my laptop back quickly (Just in time for my finals).
