Driver showed up with a customers car. he asked me where I wanted it dropped. After I showed him, he preceded to drop it somewhere else. When I told him he could not drop it there, he told me too bad he's already started and it would be $50.00 to move it. Totally unprofessional and I don't recommend them.

Worse customer service ever! I called to get me car towed across the street and before I could ever explain anything to the man he was rude talking to me like I was a kid he was rushing me to collect payment and didn't even have the information to pick my car up. I just talked E and E towing and they were professional and super nice!

The driver returned my call within 5 minutes, of when the shop said he'd call back, he was out on a call. I met the driver where my vehicle was, he was there 5-10 minutes from when he said he would be, which was understandable, since he was on a call. The driver was prompt as well as courteous! He followed me home and dropped my van exactly where instructed! I would call Zelaya anytime in the future if and when needed! Great service!

I was really disappointed to give this service one star. They showed up promptly and were helpful, but did not at any time previously to getting my car to the destination tell me that they were a cash only service. When your car is broken down and you are scrambling to figure things out, nothing is more inconvenient than having to go to an ATM, pay a charge for using a non-network bank, and then paying the service without even a receipt!
