We have been lived here going on 3 years. We enjoy are kitchen and bathrooms with a big tub. We injoy sitting on are balcony and relaxing watching the pool and sounds of the water fall. All the Amenities the gym, pool table, books to exchange and others things they have for us. It is just the start of this amazing place. People in are complex are very nice. We all watch out for each other. The lady in the office are very nice and make you feel welcome. If theres a problem with any Maintenance they get the work done fast.

My wife and I, moved in going on two years ago this year, and we've enjoyed our time here at the apartment. Whether it was the clubhouse events that used to be hosted, before covid of course, or using the pool and the fitness center.
The front office is very quick to respond to questions and concerns, and the maintance staff is very friendly and personable, when coming to the units.
The units are very clean, every person my wife and I have interacted with are very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this complex for anyone interested in living within walking distance to The Shops at Perry Crossing

The office staff Sabrina and Tierra are always friendly and helpful. If we have a concern, question, or issue it is addressed immediately. We have been living here for a year, and we enjoy it very much! Great access to everything we need, and everyone in the community is friendly. You would be very happy if you choose to live here.

I have lived at these apartments for a year from 2016 - 2017. These are by far the best apartments in Indianapolis. Very safe community, flat monthly rate, spacious room. Maintenance is also very prompt . The staff at the front desk is also very helpful and easy to talk with. I would come to live here again and again. Very difficult to find such spacious place at such a rate.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful grounds. A few months after we moved in, construction of the warehouse began directly behind our building. It was noisy at all hours of the day and night. Also, a smoke detector in our apt went off late in the afternoon. Management was trying to sneak out of the office without fixing it. I planted myself in the lobby… with my dog and said I wouldn’t leave until they changed the battery. They wanted me to leave so the could lock up. I was prepared to spend the night there if I had to. It got changed, after “negotiating” with them. Our downstairs
