We offer personal training in 4S Ranch / Del Sur. We work with a variety of different fitness levels and goals. We especially love helping busy and postpartum moms as well as getting high school athletes stronger! We train in a garage based gym which provides us with a few benefits: decreased cost, no waiting for machines to free up, focused one on one or small group training, and no distractions or intimidations.
We love the way this works and are able to utilize a variety of strength equipment, plyometric equipment, ergometers and more! All of our plans come with nutrition guidance and we also offer separate individualized nutrition coaching. We help you figure out what and how much to eat, not just for your goals but for the long-term.

This is the first time I signed up for personal fitness training. I'm so glad I found Davis Fit Training. The one-on-one training is perfect. I don't have to worry about distractions or getting intimidated like I would at a traditional gym.
My trainer Daniel is professional, patient, and pays attention to details. He's goal oriented and yet flexible with the workouts. He's very skilled and knowledgeable. He considers which workouts I enjoy but challenges me at the same time. I don't get bored with the same routine.

I’ve been working with Davis Fitness for almost 6 months now. What I’ve learned is how to eat better, stretches I can do at home, and an overall understanding of how to reach my personal goals. In my workouts I’m always told what we’re doing, what we’re working on, and what the exercise should look like. As a senior I am so grateful for the knowledge but also for the very personalized program. I’m pushed to do a little bit more each time, but never pushed past my ability. We change it up so it is never boring, and I leave feeling so much better. It’s been a life changer!! Thanks,

I absolutely loved my initial evaluation with Daniel a week ago! He was so creative in helping me find my unique path to fitness while keeping the session fun! I’m definitely not in the greatest of shape (hence why I’m seeking personal training) and he was able to put together an awesome work out session that met my needs while giving me the right amount of “push”! Working out with Daniel has changed the way I look at fitness. I never imagined that one day I would be able to deadlift 100lbs, but with a lot of work and encouragement I have been able

After years of what I thought was a “workout” at a gym, I just wasn’t feeling like I was making progress. I met with Daniel Davis @ Davis Fit Training and immediately was impressed and felt comfortable. He got me past my intimidation and fears of weight training.
