Deby's Gluten Free
Deby's is a 100% Dedicated Gluten Free grocery store and manufacturing facility. We produce over 275 gluten free items, including heat and eat entrees, snacks, bread, pizza crusts of various sizes, gluten free flour mixes, and more. All of Deby's Products are made in a gluten free, shellfish free, and peanut free environment.

Deby's Gluten Free was started by Doug and Monica Poole in 2005. As a family of 5, all of which are either Celiac and/or gluten intolerant, we understand the needs and the frustrations of living gluten free in a gluten-filled world. Our goal is to make living gluten free as easy as possible. Our mission is simple: For the gluten free person or family, we want to offer good tasting, high quality gluten free products at reasonable prices.
Services
Deby's products are available in many restaurants and stores across Colorado and beyond. The following is not a complete list. Mind you, because Sysco, US Foods, Roma, Shamrock Foods, Full Spectrum, Altamira Foods, and Western Deli all carry our products, we do not know every location that offers our line.
We also sell mixes, including an All Purpose flour that works cup for cup with almost any recipe, a Pancake and Waffle mix, a Tortilla mix, and more. And our bulk prices are some of the lowest in the State. We can get you a sample of anything if you would like to try it out first. And the best part is, we are in all of the major distributors in Colorado.
We are located at 2369 South Trenton Way, Suite M, Denver Colorado, 80231. We are two blocks east of Quebec and Iliff/Evans, and 2 miles East of Interstate 25 and Evans Avenue (exit #203). If you need further directions, please feel free to call us at 303-283-4060, and we will gladly direct you in.

Bought a variety of different pastries for breakfast. Nothing was truly fresh. The vast majority of their selection was frozen. Thoroughly disappointed with the flavors and textures. We noticed there was a moldy brownie on the counter and when we let the attendant (who was maskless) know, he played it off like it was no big deal, almost as if it was normal and blamed it on the plastic bag being “old,” however, he did throw it away. Very expensive for the small selection we bought and in a very inconvenient location. Will not be back.

Bought a variety of baked goods on their “fresh” day and was throughly disappointed! Cupcakes were hard, frosting was grainy, donuts were caked in grease not to mention hard as well. I was so excited to find a GF bakery but in the end the 30 min detour from work and the money I spent was not even close to being worth it 👎🏻

We just found this place today and I am so excited!!! Their buns and rolls are so soft and so amazing! Nothing like I've ever bought premade.

We also tried the vegan donuts and they're also the best I've bought at a store. Mine are still better but when I'm lazy this will be the only place I go!

If I could leave more than five stars I would. I live in Tennessee and go to Debbie's every time I get to go to Colorado. We found this store after my son moved to Colorado almost a year ago. My daughter has celiac disease and finding gluten free that is good quality is a hard find most of the time especially when traveling. We love the noodles, donuts, Stuffing mix, bread etc. I'm pretty sure there is nothing that is not fantastic that they make definitely stop in and give them a try if you're in the area you won't regret it.

My wife tried this place and ordered me a lemon filled donut. It just wasn’t very good. She commented the same with her donut. Kind of cardboardy.
If you have celiacs and live or work close by, I can see stopping here if you need bread or treats. But I have had much better gluten free items from other Denver businesses.

Every bakery should be like this. Everything is labeled with any potential allergen and the greater majority of their goods are dairy free on top of being soy, coconut, nut, and obviously gluten free. Saturdays are the best time to roll in as they make everything fresh then and have the full spread to choose from. I would love if they were open more but with the location and scale I'm sure this is the best they can do.
Great place whether or not gluten is a factor for you.

Always a variety of choices. The cupcakes are always moist. She has bakery sweets as well as prefixed frozen meals, bagels, dry pasta and other hard to find goodies like gluten free stuffing and gluten free pasta maker dry kits! I easily go here once a month. Prizes are reasonable for the quality. The easy bake gluten free lasagna noodles are so quick and convenient!

The prices are decent, but I didn’t like any of the 4 different things I tried. Everything almost had good texture but was too dense/chewy. And flavor is just off. I couldn’t finish either of the muffins I tried. The cinnamon roll was hard to chew. The filled donut was decent. I’ve had amazing GF desserts in Italy that tasted like the real thing, so I know it’s possible. But I feel that I could make better desserts at home.

Fantastic selection of gluten-free foods! They had at least 15 types of donuts, five types of gluten-free pies oh, various types of gluten-free Bagels, English muffins, and breads. They also had a fantastic selection of gluten-free items in their many freezer sections. There also was a great selection of gluten free pastas, flours and other types of grains. We are so happy to find a completely gluten free bakery

I am not from Colorado and I was so excited to find a gluten free. But I will tell you the food was even better than I imagined.

We tried their biscuit sandwiches, cinnamon rolls.

So delicious and the owner was super nice.

My friend bought me 8 assorted gluten free cupcakes, donuts and a scone. While I didn't love all of them, one friend raved about the carrot cake cupcake, another loved the espresso maple. For me, the cream filled chocolate donut and lemon cupcake were absolutely delicious. I'll go back just for those, plus I want to try their bread.

The brownies are AMAZING! The bread is also really great and holds up to freezing better than grocery store GF bread, sourdough is my favorite. The biscuits are another favorite of mine (plain, jalepeño cheddar, or Lorraine).

It's nice having somewhere to go for fresh GF treats. Go early on a Saturday so you can have a large selection of fresh items. If you don't like something, try something else - they have lots and lots of options.

8 words: Dairy. And. Gluten. Free. Boston. Crème. Filled. Donuts.

All one really needs to say.

(Though if you didn't get the hint from the star rating, they're also delicious, along with the bazillion other delicious things at this place)

We drove 45+ minutes one way JUST for this bakery and I would do it ALL over again!! This place is absolutely amazing. Everything is gluten free and they also have vegan options. They have SO many items to choose from. It's hard to narrow it down! They have donuts, cream puffs, brownie bites, scones, cupcakes, muffins and more.

We specifically came for the donuts. They have classic flavors and super fun ones to try! Bavarian creams, caramel, maple, strawberry, coconut cream filled, blueberry filled, etc. they were all AMAZING!!!

Deby's has become one of my favorite gluten-free places since moving to Denver last year!
My husband found this awesome place and has been taking me here when we can or when it has been available to do so. On Saturdays they provide fresh bakery items to buy. Anything from bagels, to cupcakes, to bread or cookies.
Daily they provide refrigerated or frozen Gluten-free items like pie, lasagna or even bread.
I actually bought cupcakes for my son's birthday on a Saturday since it was only family. It was the perfect treat!
I can't wait to come back and try more pastries and other sweets

The husband has had to go gluten-free and has been MISERABLE trying to find baked products that don't taste like cardboard. Well, he hit the motherload! What a gem! And the customer service was the best.

If I could give this little gem ten stars, I would.

We were driving through Denver from Montana and I kept seeing these signs for restaurants with huge cinnamon rolls. I've been GF for a year and cinnamon rolls used to be MY THING. I would marry a cinnamon roll if the relationship wasn't doomed from the start.

I whined to my husband and he said "Denver is a big place, look up GF bakeries."

He is so smart.

So, I did and this little spot was right off the beaten path so I took that as a sign.

The owner was so wonderful. I started loading up her counter with all the goods

Woah. What a find. If you are gluten free or love someone who is gluten free, you have to go here. The variety is incredible from pizza dough flour to precooked meals and burritos to English muffins, etc. Tip: on saturdays they have tons of fresh baked goodies- bagels, muffins, cupcakes, bread, etc. but get there early or you'll be waiting!

If you're gluten feee this is a MUST. Deby's by far has some of the best GF food items and baked goods that I've had... and I've been GF for over 10 years so I've tried a lot of stuff. They clearly label everything and try to exclude others major allergens if they can (eggs, nuts, dairy, and more!). Their donuts are light and fluffy, their fresh baked breads are to die for, and they now sell premade entrees and frozen items (quiche, burritos, etc). The cinnamon fry bread is drool worthy . Saturday mornings are the tome to go for the fresh baked items, but they are open

Deby's place is a dream come true for those with celiac sprue!

Cookies, cupcakes, donuts, bagels, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bread, Deby's Gluten Free bakery has everything! Oh my goodness, the selection is almost overwhelming, it's beautiful!

Came here on a Saturday which is the best day for all of the freshest treats. The goods were all laid out on tables with tongs and plastic to-go boxes. On the sides, there are frozen gluten-free items as well, and packaged cookies. I was thoroughly impressed by the huge and wide selection of baked goods, especially the donuts, and huge cinnamon
