Raleigh Street Bakery
Raleigh Street Bakery operates under Colorado's cottage food law. This means you can purchase delicious artisan bread, directly from me, your neighbor. All of Raleigh Street Bakery's bread is sourdough, we use freshly milled flour(milled in house) and only use organic ingredients. Every loaf is delicately hand crafted and then baked in my home hearth oven.

As an artisan baker, David Kaminer is proud to do what bakers have been doing for thousands of years - creating life out of flour, water and salt. He grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in 2002. He jumped at the opportunity for an externship at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and moved to this beautiful state that same year.

Best among many, most trusted , I almost gave up on trading then I met her through a friend, Mrs Catherine Abramson the most trusted trading expert who helped the life of my family and I , I also recommended her to my friends and family member who also have become financially successful thanks to you ma'am, I have lost a lot but you gave me hope… and faith that forex and binary trade could help, and you proved it when I invested just $500 and earned $7000 in just a week, since then it has been profit after profit all week, I am arguing the entire public to invest and be financially successful

David makes some of the best bread I've ever had. I know German bread and this is just as good as I'm the homeland.

David clearly has a passion for baking delicious, quality bread. I was searching for local, organic bread after to moving to Denver from Portland, where we had an amazing bakery where we purchased our bread. I can happily say that David's bread is even better! I had never heard of the cottage law and am such a fan. I highly recommend buying your bread from David- you can't find better quality or a nicer baker.

Incredible bread! Well worth the effort to plan ahead to order your bread 2 days before picking up. Don't forget to pick up an order of pretzel rolls too. They are to die for. I always have to eat one in the car right away.

Local baker making amazing sourdough bread out of his converted garage. I'm a big fan of the pretzel rolls and the baguettes, and currently eating the raisin bread one plain slice at a time. So good.
Order with a Google form, make your way over to the house when you get the reminder email, and have a nice conversation while you chew a sample and pay for your loaf. Do it.

Simply put the best fresh baked bread made from scratch in every way in all of Denver (as in grinding his own flour and cultivating his own yeast and having built his own oven). Huge fan of this craftsman's bread. We're heading out of town for a while and its one of the things I'll really miss.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I think I've had all of the bread that David makes, both picking up from his house bakery and at Call to Arms Brewery a few blocks from my house. The pretzel rolls are my favorite but every damn thing he bakes is incredible. Everything I want in a neighborhood bakery. Support your local organic food producers!!

This is a cottage bakery When you have a pretzel roll, you know goodness. None of the bread is airy, fluffy without taste. When you have a slice, it has substance, taste and your taste buds ask for more. It's gooooooood! At the suggestion of another patron, I fill the baguette with a quiche like filling and serve it to friends for brunch. Yummy.
Bread at its finest-- pure, simple and deeeeeelish!

I'll say, one of the things I miss most my experiences in Europe is the bread. Europe had THE best bread I've ever had and I used to dream about it.

But Raleigh Street Bakery has made those dreams long forgotten! It is absolutely the best bread I have ever had.

If you used to think Denver Bread Company or The Grateful Bread was the best bread you can get in town, then you haven't tried Raleigh Street Bakery yet.

I randomly found this place searching on google maps to see what was in my neighborhood and wasn't disappointed. David is and incredible baker and everything I've tried was delicious. When I picked up my bread from his house I got to see the wood/gas ceramic oven where it was baked and sample some of the new flavors. It's rare in this day and age to get that sort of experience with food and the people who make it, but it's really nice. I plan on buying bread here regularly from now on.

David's bread is awesome! You can really taste the love, time and dedication in each loaf. We love you Raleigh Street and are sad not be close to the bakery anymore, but we will be making special trips just to get our hands on your country loafs and pretzels buns!

Their French bread was so good, I would make out with it. These guys are at the union station farmers market and I can't resist buying a loaf when I see them. It's the bomb dipped in soups or tomato bruschetta or for sopping up pasta sauce! Mmm!!!!
