About our program: The Estates at Hillside Gardens provides rent-restricted housing for residents over the age of 55 whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income for their household size. The total annual income must be at or below the following income limits depending on number of occupants in the household*.

Just looking at ad in FB and doesn't look stately. Lots of pavement and some of that appears cracked with weeds. Plant trees, shrubs with walking area and benches for residents to enjoy the "estates" out of doors. What's available besides exercise room? Social room for cards? doing jigsaw puzzles? book exchange? Dining area for parties? You need to up your facility before I move from my mobile home in +55 park on Lake Meridian with water dock and view of Mount Rainier and lot rent under $800.
