Trek Apartment
We're bringing the urban living experience to the heart of downtown Auburn. Picture being just two-minutes from the Sounder commuter rail station! Then, realizing you are just blocks from the Interurban Trail. This brand new building was architect-designed to be a comfortable fit in historic Downtown Auburn.

Inside, innovative floor plans feature spacious open living spaces and stylish details. Many homes offer balconies, decks or patios. Enjoy a fitness center, and a large gathering room on the main floor. A favorite feature is the large central courtyard focused on an outdoor fireplace and outdoor cooking station.

Absolutely fell in love with this place the moment we walk in. We first came here thinking we were just gonna check it out but we actually applied for a unit on the spot because we loved it so much. The assistant property manager kaeli made us feel right at home. I love interacting with all the staff, they have all been so great and really feel more like a community then an apartment complex.

Kaeli is the absolute best. She is always kind, responsive, and makes living at Trek great. The maintenance has always been quick to respond to any requests. The community felt safe and was always clean. If you are looking for a place that is safe for a family or someone living on their own, this is the spot for you!

The Management Team at Trek is ‘Lights Out Professional!’ Cassandra and Kaeli are magnificent at problem solving. If there is an issue, you can bet on this team to get it resolved. There is one more person at this building that personifies excellence at Trek, and his name is Dave! Dave is the Maintenance Manager and ‘Jack of all Trades’ He’s personable, reliable, and witty, and an overall nice guy! He’ll make you laugh, trust me on that. I’ve come to know this Awesome Team at Trek in the short time I’ve lived here, and I can honestly call them my friends! Boy, am I glad I didn’t

This post will only be about positive things:
1) The apartments are in a great location if you need to be in the downtown Auburn area.
2) There are other great alternatives in the area rather than Trek Apartments! (I.E. literally across the street and probably where I would be living if I stayed in the area!)
3) It is really great that since I moved I no longer have to deal with the ”management team” at Trek Apartments and Palladium Real Estate Services!!!
4) It is great that this review is very easy to write and will not take much of my time because there is nothing else positive to add

The staff is incredible and very friendly. Kaeli and Emmanuel were supper nice to everything that they did for me while touring the building. They gave a family impression feeling. I want to recommend this place to anyone who is ready to start a place or looking for a great place to stay.

Hated living here. No covid precautions the first 9 months of the pandemic. Moved out and they are still charging for utilities even though I paid the remaining balance after final move out. The new management is horrible, the only time I see them is when they are outside on a smoke break. Be prepared for doors slamming doors in the hall way and the smell of weed. Also homeless people sleeping in the alley when you go to your car at 5am. They don't accept packages due to the pandemic but don't refill their hand sanitizer station. Overall bad experience for the price you pay.

I currently am a resident at Trek. The 1 star is for the decision in not accepting any packages for residents as of 4 weeks ago due to the current lockdown which just got extended till Jan 4th. This lockdown most likely will be extended again and again till who knows when. The only thing that really changed from the new lockdown was no indoor dining and 25% capacity at shops. I dont see the correlation to that and not accepting packages for residents.

Trek really needs to find a new solution to this as this lockdown is not going to end anytime soon. Ive checked with my friends in downtown Seattle

I really wish I could write two reviews: one for the Trek Apartments (4/5 Stars) and one for Auburn (0/5 Stars).

The apartments themselves are nice and modern. I used to manage my company's corporate properties in Seattle, and the apartment I have is comparable to the $3k apartment that I used to manage on First Hill. Of course, the price point for these apartments are much more affordable.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and a glass top stove which are nice touches. The stove is actually well calibrated too, so it is easy to cook with.

The bathroom is nice too. The water

As I count down my days left here in Washington state, I just want to shout out Trek Apartments for being amazing. Thank you Mario (Management) and Ed (Maintenance) for everything! For someone who is not from Washington and dealt with racial comments elsewhere within the state, I was never treated or looked at differently. Thank you Mario for having an amazing personality and great morals! I always felt comfortable to talk to you about any concerns that I may have and kept an open communication. Thank you Ed for always helping with any issues that we may have came across and being attentive. If

UPDATE: I just returned to my apartment (still under my lease as it is July) and found a note that Trek entered my apartment with no advance notice or permission for a "prewalk"! Entered my home to have a look around with no permission. LUNATICS!! And they reset the appliances in my apartment and now the oven doesn't even work. I still live here for a week! You are out of your minds!!!!! They did not give 24 hour notice as required by law.

Trek management will violate you, take advantage of you, and make you hate your own home.

Let me remind readers that Trek is trying to force

Awesome place to live!! My dad lives here and It is a lovely place. The lobby, the apartments, the gym, the employees are all great. But the Wi-Fi is sometimes super slow and there is no AC in my apartment.

Our family loves living at the Trek Apartments! We have been here for three years now and it truly feels like home. We are so close with the amazing staff that even the management team attended my baby shower that I was able to host in the beautifully furnished lobby!

The place looks nice and we were considering making it our home, but... It will become another Pruitt-Igoe soon because they accept Section 8.

Pros: Modern building with great looks inside and out. The office staff was always a pleasure to deal with and the maintenance staff was quick to respond to work orders. The common areas have modern decor and were always kept clean. They hold your packages and were good in communicating that you had packages waiting. They hold community events, raffles, contests and provide free food and drinks at times. They know residents on a first name basis which creates a friendly environment and even remember your pets names. Residents are respectful and friendly as everyone minds their own.

Cons: The

Staff 5/5 - Amazing staff and super friendly. Maintenance requests and general concerns are handled immediately.

Cleanliness 5/5 - Common areas are cleaned, repainted, shampooed very regularly. It is a pet-friendly building, and I've never had issues with odor or pet stains. Sometimes dogs have accidents, but it's generally handled immediately.

Noise 3/5 - It's not Trek's fault, but the building is near the train station and the hospital. The train and ambulance can be heard loud and clear. Each unit has casement windows, but if you're bothered by noise, you might want

Without a doubt the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is top notch with the apartment upkeep as well as making sure the tenants can receive their mail or anything else they require without question. Maintenance is extremely fast for in-apartment issues as well. The management team is also very fast in responding to issues that come up and relaying it to all the tenants so they aren't left in the dark. I have seen common area cleaners in the building at least 5-6 times myself and that doesn't include all the times I haven't been around to see them.

No change in rating for this update (I can't go any lower). As the warm weather is hitting us, I started opening my windows more. I don't have any idea of how I didn't notice this before but the trains run 24/7. I am sure that I am just fortunate to have the perfect alignment of my window to the station. So if you love the loud sounds of the train horns... you will absolutely fall in LOVE with this place. You will enjoy those sounds at all hours of the day and night. You will impress your friends, family, and business contacts with those unique sounds during phone conversations and

We just moved in about a month ago and I noticed there was a lack of reviews for this place being it's brand new. I figured I needed to get something up to help people out who are looking in the area.

We moved from Dallas and just let me say it was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had, especially moving across the country. Jason was extremely helpful and everyone was very warm and inviting. The whole process was seamless and easy.

The apartments are, of course, very nice and updated. We just moved from another brand new complex who cheaped out on building materials, the cabinets
