Came to visit family over the weekend with my 2 young children and found a pile of used needles on the sidewalk leading up to their apartment!!! A few months ago when we visited there were multiple Auburn police vehicles surrounding a building and 3 officers drawing several people out of an apartment by gun point ... yikes !

Lack of Parking unless you pay the $35 for a reserved spot which isn’t typically anywhere near the apartment.. lots of people outside smoking weed and cigarettes (apt staff does not care, although in lease it says this is not allowed)... cop cars always in the neighborhood making arrests . Frequently. Today multiple people arrested right across fro my apartment building. They’ve been selling drugs out of there for as long as I can remember.. garbage is horrible on the weekends, we don’t get use of the compactor.. overall, even though these are the cheapest apartments in auburn, they are not

I lived there for a little over a year and loved it! I only moved because I had to relocate for a job. The amenities offered for such a reasonable price was great! They even have an awesome theater room! The management and maintenance staff were always very accessible and quick to handle any issue that came up. I would 100% rent there again if I move back to the area.

If I could put zero stars. believe me I would! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM NEELY STATION APARTMENTS. They completely make you run in circles for your money and charges never seem to represent the actual usage in our apartment. Lisa is the most unprofessional apartment office manager I have met. She will admit to her wrong doings but will do absolutely nothing to fix the problems she created! Isnt that awesome? How did my rent turn from $1290 to $1615? Lmao. She gave me the wrong address for my PSE and continued to tack on charges after I fixed her mess up! Her attitude is out of this world! How is it

This place was an absolute nightmare. The leasing ladies are very nice and that’s about it. Never in the office and never respond. The apartment was awful. About 3-5 spiders a day all over the place, didn’t fumigate when we asked, the tub was covered in mold, and the dishwasher broke a month after we moved in (it never was fixed). We put maintenance request after request and nothing was taken care of. They overcharged us $200-$400 extra every month for about 6 months until we got authorities involved. Worst part was the neighbors and the black mold that continuously kept growing, nothing ever

The building manager is the most unfriendly person and the new person they hire does not know how to do her job. When Eric was there, it was so much better. For the amount you charge, the least they can do is to have a professional, well mannered office stuff but nope they don't. Sometimes, they have maintenance guy working on the weekend but most of the time, the trash is all over and just so smelly. I get so embarrassed to invite anyone on the weekend.

This is my second time living at Neely Station, so obviously they are nice enough and decently priced that they were at the top of my list when looking for a 2 bedroom place for my boyfriend and I. No place is perfect, but I appreciate the staff doing their best with the circumstances that they can control. We keep our apartment very clean and haven’t had any of the issues that I see in other peoples reviews. I really value the relationship with the office staff that we have, and we really enjoy living here and will be renewing our lease when the time comes.

This place is a joke. Overpriced and they never answer your phone calls or emails. It's very frustrating. If I pay so much a month, I should at least get a call back or an email. They overpromise and underdeliver. There's tons of crime here and they do nothing about it. I've had multiple things stolen off my back porch and they did nothing. Found a guy passed out in front of my bedroom window, had to call the ambulance and police. No patrol. The patrol that they hire just take up half the guest parking spots. The apartments look nice from the pictures but in the actual unit, the work wasn't done

We have lived in the building closest to m street for two years. There is dry rot in the walls, there is so much water damage that the plastic kickboards are falling off all over the apartment. The walls are all soft, the maintenance have to google how to fix things and they don't even fix it. They patch it up and make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about. Sewage comes up into the tub because the lines are all crossed, the black mold is out of control and we have fans in every room to combat the overwhelming moisture. Now theres roaches.... This place is awful. Don't move here
