This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

It's okay. Rent is too high. People are very friendly. Bad odor in one apartment that is unremovable even with sprays, carpet wash and candle burning aroma. We can't figure out what it is or where it is coming from. They keep it locked which is good. And location is excellent that's what you are paying for if renting there. Thx! 😊

Lived there for a year & 3 months. Enjoyed my neighbors but a few do not realize they have neighbors below them & are not respectful of them & the so called manager has no control of solving the problem. So we left. Also they require a lot of cleaning when you move out but when it is time to send the security deposit back they take time & even if my contract says 2 weeks they will tell you 3 weeks. Be very careful how they treat you. They seem to think seniors are stupid. Poor mgmt & do not believe the ads because it is not true. Also this area is near the train tracks so a lot o noise from the

It is an older property, but very clean and well maintained. The manager for building 1 is amazing. She is helpful, friendly and very kind all while running a tight ship. Her pleasant attitude trickles down to the residents. When you are here you can tell that the residents have become a big family because they help each other out and are always looking out for each other. It's a great place to be!
