Worst place to live in. They don’t listen to maintenance problems (mold, no screen in bedroom window, bathroom door doesn’t close) been like this (mold 3 months, no screen for a year and the door 2 weeks). Absolutely hate this place wish I never moved into this place they don’t care. The fire was probably electric because I’ve almost had one in my apartment was using a plug in and the wall got warm and smelled something burning luckily I figured it out pretty quickly.

If you all could write a note on paper tell what bad experiences you had not fixing things or not doing It right.Bugs not taken care ofMold leaks ect I'm in K14 please drop off letters in box at my door I am taking legal action I now have owners address ECT .THINGS NEED TO CHANGE AROUND HERE NOW!! If you don't step up it will only get worse The fire we had in K bldg. Was NEGLIGENCE MANAGEGERS FAULT!!I Made them admit to me some of it as I was one out threatening at them in pain hist got out at do to u blood pressure and my spine no one else stood and said anything !!! I lived at Sherwood for two years. I wish I would've have never found the place. I didn't know the area that well so we got wrapped into the lease. Then covid happened so moving didn't seem intelligent. Honestly we should have just moved after the first year. My car got broken into five times. The parking is miserable. All my neighbor either abused their kids/spouses or live in trash. The apartment complex did nothing to fix these issues. The maintenance guys tried to private message my wife. We still don't know they got her number. The trash is always over filled. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT LEASE HERE
