Worst "property manager" not in Dallas not in Texas but in the country. I've lived in multiple states, rented various homes, and dealt with some really great people. Susan and her team/family are unprofessional, condescending, and liars. Susan boasts about her successes from 15 years ago but is a washed has been (or never was). If you're a property owner/landlord, don't hire this pathetic excuse of a person to manage your property. If you're a tenant, run for the hills. I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but I made an exception for Susan Wilson. HORRIBLE PERSON AND EVEN WORSE AT MANAGING

I’ve been waiting 4 months since move out for my security deposit. At first they tried to charge me for things that were not true. I showed my pictures and invoices. 35 days later, I was advised they removed the items but I still owed money. I have requested 4 times 2 weeks in between each request for a new itemized statement and amount and still no response via email or when I call. HORRIBLE

Susan and her team work incredibly hard to make things run smoothly for both owners and the tenants. As an owner, I always felt I could trust them with my investment property, which can feel like a daunting task at times. Susan is definitely there for you when you need her and has many years of real estate expertise and experience- she really knows her stuff!
Kate, who is in charge of operations is very responsive and helpful should you need help.

I represented a client that will be renting a home with NewGen. I talked with Susan many times in order to get my tenant approved, and she was so caring and patient. She took the time to take everything into consideration in approving my client. She didn't just go off the credit score. She said she felt like people are more than their credit score.

This company never takes care of maintenance repairs as they should. They actually deserve NO STARS for this review. No professionalism, No communication with tenants. & No supervision on vendor repairs. Very low quality in all the services they offer.

As an agent I always remain respectful of all people that I work with and a transaction. You will not receive the same treatment from this broker agent. Susan is not is not only rude and condescending but lacks professionalism and tact. She even had the audacity to tell me that she shouldn’t even pay my realtor commission - which is completely unethical when an agent directs a client to a property and then ultimately leases it. In short, do not work with this person. As property manager, she took my clients’ application fee, approved their application, drew up a lease, and then canceled the

Susan Wilson is very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I submitted my application for a property and was told I was approved and would receive my lease agreement that day. Never received the agreement. I called multiple times for an update and no return call. I pulled up the property to find out it was sold over the weekend. I am still for a phone call and my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, and please do not give them any money.
