Personal training is our specialty! Austin Simply Fit offers private, one-on-one 30-minute personal training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Most private clients train two or three times a week. Personal trainers at Austin Simply Fit take great care to get to know you! We prioritize understanding your goals, and designing a program to fit your ever-evolving needs.
Ideal for couples and best friend groups! Austin Simply Fit offers semi-private, multiple client 30-minute personal training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Small group personal training sessions are ideal for two or three clients to train together. Clients typically train two or three times a week.
Stay healthy and strong while you're at home! Austin Simply Fit is excited to offer online personal training packages to new and existing clients. We will customize 30-minute virtual private fitness training and small-group virtual workouts for you to enjoy in a live video session from the convenience of home.

I have had the pleasure of training with Beckie Lough at Austin Simply Fit and have benefitted immensely from her knowledge, coaching, and support. Beckie helped me build confidence with strength training and creates fun programs that keeps the training engaging and fun. I feel stronger and more confident because of my work with Beckie and her awesome approach to strength training. This is a great gym and Beckie is a top-notch trainer.

Small and very clean gym. It’s nice to walk in knowing people won’t be sweating right next to you and the equipment is properly wiped down and sanitized. The trainers are friendly and happy to help. I train with Nicky T; he’s always on time, has a thorough training plan for the session already prepared, and stays positive. I would recommend Austin Simply Fit on S Lamar and Nicky T to anyone!

I could not be happier with Nicky at Austin Simply Fit. He really listens to what my goals and needs are and kept it all in mind when devising a plan, a plan that has evolved as I have gotten stronger. In fact, I have to say he has gone above and beyond what any other trainer I’ve ever worked with has done.
I have a problematic spine and hips that have caused me to live with chronic pain, so training me is not a walk in the park. And it’s never been easy for me either, but he makes it fun and I really appreciate the ‘Atta girl!’ attitude because I need those; they often remind me to celebrate

I love this gym! It is right down the road from my house. It is always clean and the trainers are very professional. David, especially, has taken such great care of me. I had been looking to get back into lifting heavy and finding someone who could kick my butt into shape, and he's been doing just that. The 30 minute training blocks are perfect if you've got a busy schedule, and they will leave you feeling like you got your money's worth. I keep finding myself looking forward to every session and seeing what David has in-store for me next.

Having John Cioffredi as my trainer for the past 4+ months has been one of the best decisions I’ve made all year. After having decided to take my health and fitness seriously, I felt as though I needed some assistance to reach my goals after neglecting a healthy fitness routine for multiple years and John has been great to work with since Day 1 of this process. In the beginning, I was cautious of finding a trainer that would push me too far and make me dread coming into the next workout. My wife and I have been very fortunate to have Vilita as our fitness trainer for the past year. Vilita is excellent and training with her was one of the best decisions we have made for our health and fitness. She is courteous, professional, and knows just how to push us to be accountable and reach our potential. Her thoughtfully planned workouts (which take place via Zoom) have increased our endurance and strength. Vilita is the best personal trainer I've ever had! She is patient with those just starting their journey, encouraging, and makes everything clear to understand. She takes the time to get to know her clients, understands their strengths/weaknesses, and how best to achieve personal success. She also is amazing at making adjustments/accommodations when needed! I've been training with David Polisky at Austin Simply Fit since the beginning of the pandemic, first by doing remote personal training via zoom to build a good fitness base, and then in-person lifting heavy once everybody was immunized. During that time, I've gone from 265 lbs and almost 40% body fat to 225 lbs and 27% body fat!

I just started my personal training experience at Austin Simply Fit recently but so far have been loving my training sessions with Nicholas Murillo Deluz.
As someone who has not worked out in a traditional gym setting in many years, I was initially a little intimidated by some of the equipment in the gym. However, Nick has done a great job at minimizing those "fears" with his personable demeanor and how well he demos each move. He is also very communicative when my form looks great as well as providing constructive feedback on how it can improve - which has been very helpful!

I made a first appointment. Trainer called a few days before the appt to talk. On the appointment time no one showed up. The doors were locked. I waited outside for 15 minutes before leaving. This was not early in the morning or late. It was at 2:45pm. Time is valuable, I won't be back. I'll find somewhere to work out that keeps their appointments.

I've been training here for a few months with Brendan and have really enjoyed it. I'm a beginner, but have been injured doing other strength work before, so I wanted to go to a trainer who really focused on form. Brendan has been great about making sure I am doing the exercises correctly, with appropriate technique. He pushes me, but is always very positive and encouraging. He has tailored my training to work on the strength I need to be a better runner. I always feel great at the end of the workout. My son is a McCallum baseball player. When I wanted to get him some extra strength and mobility during the off-season, I took him to Sierra. First off, I completely trust her approach which is to teach proper technique and good body alignment so that none of her athletes get injured. In the six weeks since he started, he has leaned up and I have personally seen a strength and confidence improvement. I could not recommend any personal trainer any more highly than Sierra.?

Just started my personal training experience here. My trainer Amanda is awesome. She takes time with me to make sure I know exactly what I'm doing, shows me how to perform the exercise and pushes me through the workout. The gym equipment is all well maintained. The gym is small but there's only trainers and their trainees so at most there's about four other people in the room. For me this is absolutely great.
I like the locations as well. With one near my house and one near my work there's always a way for me to get my workouts in. I have really enjoyed my experience so far

I have been working with K T At Austin Simply Fit for almost two years. I started because I wanted to have more muscle definition and improve my bone density, both have seen considerable improvement. My husband and I have been working out with Brendan Morr for a few months now, and already have noticed awesome results! We really look forward to our workouts. Brendan is positive and motivating. He makes sure we are working out safely and efficiently. He has modified exercises for me to accommodate a previous shoulder injury I had, and it has allowed me to get stronger without risk of aggravating my shoulder. Ultimately, Brendan's positive attitude is contagious and after working out with him we have more energy and are stronger, both mentally and physically. Plus, he's really funny

Been working with trainer Brendan now for a few years and need to update this review to reflect that! Brendan is great! He's caring but challenging and he wants to help me get the most out of my time at the gym. He has adapted my training based on various injuries I have had as well as areas that I need to strengthen. Brendan is a swell trainer!
I also do strong man stuff with trainer Eric on Saturdays. This drop-in class is new and very fun and challenging. I look forward to getting stronger, maybe even strong as @#%$!

Wow, where to begin. When I started this journey, seven months ago, I was looking to shed off my late 20s weight for my upcoming wedding. I had some work to do for sure. I felt bad about my body image, ate my feelings, and suffered from insomnia. Nikki, my trainer there has helped me transform my body over the last 6 months.
I came in at my highest weight feeling crappy about myself and now I feel so much more confident as a whole person and strong. She is so encouraging and knowledgable. I used to dread working out, now I look forward to it and know I will get a fantastic work out when I come to my twice weekly private training sessions.
All the trainers here are friendly, non judgemental and are there to help.

I showed up in mid-February at my highest weight, ever. I felt lousy, uncomfortable. My dad had just passed away a month earlier and a one-year relationship I had just ended. It was definitely time to make some changes in my life.

So we started coming here about a month and a half ago (I've worked with Brendan and my wife with Molly) and this place is great. The sessions are cheaper than my wife would pay at Lifetime or 24 Hour Fitness and the interaction is much more personal.
I've already lost 10 pounds and look a lot better. In fact I feel better and I have to start buying pants I haven't fit into in years. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal workout and results. And if you do, check out my man Brendan.
